Kumiko Nishihara, born April 27 1965, is a Japanese voice actress from Kanagawa who works for Aoni Production. She's most likely to play the Naïve Everygirl, but isn't above playing a Yandere or a Femme Fatale here and there.
Not to be confused with the other lady that we all know as Kumiko Watanabe.
