Kaya Matsutani (born March 20, 1970) is a Japanese voice actress from Sapporo. She is often cast as female characters that are noted for extremely well-developed bodies (most notably breasts). She is most known for her roles in Bleach (Rangiku Matsumoto), Sakura Wars V (Diana Caprice) and Ar tonelico II: Melody of Metafalica (Infel).
