Juliana Jay Harkavy (born January 1, 1985 in New York City, New York) is an American actress and singer. Her acting career began when she was just 10 years old. She has starred in several movies and TV series, mostly in supporting roles, until becoming part of the main cast of Arrow, as Dinah Drake aka the second Black Canary.
She is of Dominican-Jewish descent and the daughter of Michael Harkavy, who is the former Senior Vice president of Warner Bros. Entertainment Worldwide Publishing, Kids' WB Music, and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.
Has a knack for playing Action Girls (particularly Girls with Guns and/or Fair Cops).
