Incognito Entertainment was a development studio made up of employees from Singletrac, the developers of the original Warhawk and Twisted Metal. It was founded in 1999 and acquired by Sony Interactive Entertainment in 2002.
As of 2009, Incognito Entertainment is inactive, as most of its developers have moved on to Lightbox Interactive (makers of Starhawk) and Eat Sleep Play (makers of the 2012 online-only Twisted Metal).
