Holly Gauthier-Frankel (born July 13, 1979) is one of the most notable voice actors of the Montreal voice acting scene. To say she's the Quebecois Chiara Zanni is kind of an understatement, she is.
She mainly worked for Cinar and CinéGroupe back in the day but now does work at Cinelume. She still does Arthur though.
