Harry Locke, (10 December 1913 — 7 September 1987), was a British character actor.

He was a familiar face in British cinema for three decades, mostly playing small parts such as Cockneys, workers, porters, clerks, or cab drivers in films such as Passport to Pimlico, Doctor in the House (1954), I'm All Right Jack, Carry On Nurse, The Amorous Prawn, The Early Bird, Alfie, and Tales from the Crypt

Locke also appeared in numerous roles on TV, making guest appearances in Dixon of Dock Green, Hancock's Half Hour, Z Cars, and Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased). His final acting role was that of a gardener in a 1977 episode of Just William.

He died at the age of 73.
