Francis V. Guinan Jr. (born November 17, 1951 in Council Bluffs, Iowa) is an American stage and screen actor. Much of his theatrical career has taken place in Chicago, especially at the Steppenwolf Theatre Company. He is best known for Eerie, Indiana, Speed 2: Cruise Control, and Hannibal.
