Eugene Lipinski, (5 November 1956), is a British-Canadian character actor.
He was born in England but raised in Saskatchewan, Canada. He began acting when he turned twelve, beginning in amateur theatre. He returned to the UK from Canada after he had graduated from the University of Regina. He then attended the Royal Academy of Arts and the Drama Studio London.
Some of Lipinski's longest-running roles were as Visser Three in Animorphs, Martin Kiniski in Intelligence (2006), Lloyd Manning in Da Vincis City Hall, and December in Fringe.
He won the Genie Award for Best Screenplay in 1991, for the film Perfectly Normal.
