Émilie Dequenne (born August 29, 1981) is a Belgian actress.
She was born in Belœil, Wallonia (the French-speaking part of Belgium). She first gained attention with the title role of the 1999 film Rosetta by the Dardenne brothers, which earned her the Cannes Film Festival Award for Best Actress.
