Elizabeth Frances Henstridge (born 11 September 1987 in Sheffield, England) is an English actress and director. She is best known for her role in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D..
She's married to actor Zachary Burr Abel, and they live in Atlanta, Georgia.
She is not related to Canadian actress Natasha Henstridge.
