Dinah Lenney (born Dinah Gross; born November 18, 1956 in Englewood, New Jersey) is an American actress and author, mostly of nonfiction. She is best known for Babyfever, The Puppet Masters, and ER.

Lenney’s parents divorced when she was 2 and she was raised by her mother and stepfather. In 1997 her biological father, politician Nelson G. Gross, was kidnapped and murdered. This event later became the basis of Lenney’s book Bigger Than Life: A Murder, A Memoir.

Lenney is married to screenwriter/producer Fred Mills and the couple have two children.
