Diane Morgan (born 5 October 1975 in Bolton, England) is a British actress, comedian, presenter, and screenwriter. She is best known for her role as the clueless journalist Philomena Cunk on Charlie Brooker's Weekly Wipe and in a series of mockumentary specials featuring the character. She is also known for portraying Liz in Motherland, Kath in After Life, and Mandy Carter in Mandy.
