Chiemi Chiba is a Japanese voice actress hailing from Saitama and was born on February 25, 1975. She was a former idol singer and a former nude/gravure model before entering the seiyu industry. She is best known as the titular character in Ojamajo Doremi, plus as Yuzuriha Nekoi in Tsubasa -RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE-, AquaMan in MegaMan NT Warrior (2002), and Hinako in Sister Princess. If that was not enough, she also the dub voice for Baby Bop from Barney & Friends. Yes, that Barney & Friends.
