Catherine Disher (born June 22, 1960) is an award-winning British-Canadian actress, voiceover artist, and comedian. She was born in Paddington, England but grew up in Montreal, Canada.

With a long and illustrated career in Canadian television, Catherine Disher has appeared in countless movies and TV shows. However, she is probably best known for her roles on Forever Knight (as Dr. Natalie Lambert, which she was twice-nominated for at the Gemini Awards), The Border (as Superintendent Maggie Norton, which she earned three Gemini nominations for), and Good Witch (as Mayor Martha Tinsdale).

She's also well known for her voice acting roles. While she's probably famous in this area for voicing Jill Valentine on Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, she's also done numerous Canadian cartoons, including X-Men: The Animated Series, Rolie Polie Olie, Stickin' Around, Atomic Betty, Captain Flamingo, Donkey Kong Country, Franklin, and certain entries of the Babar and Care Bears franchises. She was also the original North American voice of Noddy for the The Noddy Shop and Queen Sara Saturday on Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood.

She was formerly married to Cedric Smith, whom she co-starred with in the X-Men cartoon (where he was Professor X). Their son Darcy Smith is a voice actor.
