Carmen Electra (born Tara Leigh Patrick; April 20, 1972) is an American actress, model, singer, and media personality. She started as a back-up dancer for Prince (who gave her the Stage Name "Carmen Electra") in the early nineties. She then became a rapper, contributing a rap to 'The Continental' on Prince's Love Symbol Album in 1992 and had a self-titled album produced by him in 1993 which was mostly written by Prince and the New Power Generation, though Carmen is credited with co-writing 7 of the 12 tracks.

That turned out to be her only album, though much later she occasionally performed with the Pussycat Dolls and released some standalone singles. In 1997 she started acting, spending a year on the cast of Baywatch and hosting MTV's Singled Out. She's had many acting roles since, especially playing Ms. Fanservice parts in comedies, and has been a regular in the Seltzer and Friedberg universe. Electra has also been a frequent guest on Reality TV and game shows.

She was married to Dennis Rodman and Dave Navarro and was partners with Rob Patterson.
