Carey Lowell (born February 11, 1961 in Huntington, New York) is an American actress and former model.
She's perhaps best known for the roles of CIA agent Pam Bouvier in the James Bond film Licence to Kill and assistant district attorney Jamie Ross in the Law & Order television franchise.
She was married to Griffin Dunne from 1989 to 1995 and to Richard Gere from 2002 to 2016.
