Brooks Patrick Wheelan (August 21, 1986 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa) is an American actor, stand-up comedian, and writer best known for Saturday Night Live.

Wheelan had been a part of the announced six newcomers for season 39 (2013-2014) that also included Noël Wells, who were all hired to fill the void after Bill Hader, Fred Armisen, and Jason Sudeikis left. However, despite Wheelan's talent at celebrity impressions, including those of Jared Leto, Rand Paul, and Harry Styles, and appearing on Weekend Update using his stand-up routines about the mistakes he made when he was young and dumb— Wheelan was fired from SNL for undisclosed reasons after performing for one season.

After SNL, Wheelan moved on with his stand-up career, performing for film and television, and releasing one comedy album so far as of January 2015, This Is Cool, Right?.

Today Wheelan hosts his own podcast entitled, Entry Level with Brooks Wheelan, where he interviews guests who had started off with undesirable jobs before making it in the entertainment industry.
