Brent Mukai (born August 16, 1989 in Pearl City, Hawaii) is a Japanese-American voice actor and improv comedian who has worked for Funimation Entertainment and Bang Zoom! Entertainment, best known for providing the English voice of Scratchmen Apoo in One Piece.
