Blas García Alcántara (born on May 26, 1942) is a veteran Mexican voice actor and radio announcer, with more than 50 years of experience in voice acting. Possibly the quintessential voice for badass grandpas, he's also the semi-official voice of Tommy Lee Jones, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone in Latin America.
García started voice acting in 1966, getting his first leading role as Jean Valjean in a 1952 film version of Les Misérables (dubbed in 1968). However, despite being quite prolific, he wouldn't get much recognition until the 80's and 90's, voicing such iconic characters as the titular character in Cobra, Agent K in Men in Black, and Hannibal Lecter in Silence of the Lambs. His characters are usually charismatic and elegant but threatening villains, or old, wise, and badass authority figures/mentors.
Due to the similarity of their voices, he and fellow voice actor Víctor Hugo Aguilar have filled in for one another in many roles.
His nephew Leonardo García is also a voice actor in his own right.

Blas García and his work provide examples of:
- Evil Sounds Deep: When he's playing villains, such as Tai Lung or Al Capone.
- Fan Nickname: Some fans call him "El Capi" (which would translate as "The Cap(tain)" in English), due to his role as the titular character from Captain Fathom.
- Large Ham: Since he has voiced the likes of Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Samuel L. Jackson, this is a given.
- Looping Lines: In Return of the Jedi. Since Federico Romano, who voiced Darth Vader in the 1997 dub of the Original Trilogy, had passed away, he provided Vader's infamous Big "NO!" in the Blu-Ray edition.
- You Sound Familiar:
- There were two Mexican dubs of The Ten Commandments. He voiced Moses in the first dub and Rameses in the second.
- He also voiced Apollo Creed in the original dub of Rocky II before voicing the title character himself in Rocky Balboa.
