"Aldous Huxley was uncannily prophetic, a more astute guide to the future than any other 20th-century novelist. Even his casual asides have a surprising relevance to our own times."
Aldous Leonard Huxley (26 July 1894 – 22 November 1963) was an English writer and philosopher known for writing the 1932 dystopian novel Brave New World. His final novel was Island published in 1962. He died on the same day as C. S. Lewis and John F. Kennedy which meant his death was overshadowed in media coverage.
