The Sensational She-Hulk (sometimes referred to as simply Sensational She-Hulk) is a 2023 comic book series from Marvel Comics. It's written by Rainbow Rowell.

Set in the shared Marvel Universe, The Sensational She-Hulk is a Sequel Series to 2022's She-Hulk (2022), starring the titular She-Hulk, Jen Walters. Jen's a gamma-powered superhero and a talented lawyer. Although she gained her powers via a blood transfusion from her cousin, the original Hulk, her intelligence and personality remain when she shifts into her green-skinned, super-strong hulk form.

Right now, life is going pretty well for Jen. She's got an increasingly busy job as a lawyer, specialising in superhuman cases. She's set up "Punch Club", a friendly fight club where superhumans can release some stress by brawling. And she's dating the superhuman Jack of Hearts.

The first issue was released October 18, 2023.

The Sensational She-Hulk provides the following tropes:

  • The Bus Came Back: She-Hulk's flying car returns after being damaged and abandoned in The Sensational She-Hulk #42, with She-Hulk somehow recovering and repairing it off-screen.
  • Catch and Return: In the first issue's Punch Club scene, Jack uses his powers to catch an attack from the Absorbing Man's ball and chain in an energy field, then propels it back into his face.
  • Recycled Title: Sensational She-Hulk is the same title that was used for the character's 1989-1994 series.
  • Sequel Series: The series is a direct sequel to the She-Hulk (2022) series, which was also written by Rainbow Rowell, and continues some of the arcs that began in that comic.
  • Speech Bubbles: Most characters talk in sentence case. However, speech bubble dialogue for Hulk and April only uses capital letters.
  • That Man Is Dead: In a crossover arc with the Hulk, the green goliath claims Banner is gone while April denounces her human identity and deems herself Anathema.
  • Wolverine Publicity: The first issue's cover shows Wolverine, Spider-Man, the Thing, the Hulk and Jean Grey looking on as Jen poses on a catwalk. The only two who actually appear in the story are Hulk and the Thing.
