Age of Republic
- I Have No Son!: Like in Legends, Jango is dismissive of the clones, viewing them as nothing more than the Kaminoans' creepy pet project that involves his DNA. As far as he's concerned, Boba is his only son.
- Pragmatic Villainy: Boba lets the surviving member of the bounty hunter trio go not just because he wasn't in on betraying the Fetts, but because Boba wanted him to tell others to be afraid of him.
- Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: Jango doesn't consider his clones his family and is uncomfortable with the idea of clones of himself serving in a secret army.
- Troubling Unchildlike Behavior: Like in Legends, Jango teaches Boba about bounty-hunting and how to defend himself, leading to Boba acting rather cold and ruthless for a kid his age.
Age of Rebellion
- Call-Back:
- Leia's issue takes place right after Star Wars: Forces of Destiny short "Bounty Hunted".
- Continuity Nod: Akko did a job with Han and Chewie on Garel, a prominent world in Star Wars Rebels.
Age of Resistance
- Alas, Poor Villain: We see Hux as a boy being abused by his father and his colleague, and he channels all that hate and resentment into becoming a horrific villain.
- Call-Back:
- Hux reveals to Brooks that he arranged for his father's death, which he saw in the Phasma book.
- Phasma once again teams up with a younger Stormtrooper that looks up to her but turns against her after realizing she sees her troops as expendable.
- The Dog Bites Back: Hux gets his deadly revenge on one of his father's colleagues that used to torment him as a child.
- Internal Reveal: Before killing Brooks, Hux reveals to him that he planned his father's death, to his surprise.
