Predator (subtitled The Preserve) is a 2023 comic book limited series, published by Marvel Comics, part of an Expanded Universe centered around the Predator films. It's written by Ed Brisson, with art by Netho Diaz, Belardino Brabo and Victor Nava. Color art is by Erick Arciniega.

It serves as a Sequel Series to Marvel's first Predator comic, Predator: Day of the Hunter, which was also written by Brisson. Years after the events of that series, eight strangers find themselves marked for death in an alien game reserve. But someone else is also intervening in this struggle between alien Predators and their human prey, so the hunt may not go as expected.

After the first issue was released, the remainder of the series moved to Marvel's newly founded 20th Century Studios imprint.

The first issue was released on March 8, 2023.

Predator (2023) contains examples of the following tropes:

  • Decapitation Presentation: The second issue's cover shows Theta holding a Predator's severed head aloft in her left hand, a bloodstained blade in her right.
  • Late-Arrival Spoiler: Theta Berwick, protagonist of Predator: Day of the Hunter, Marvel's initial Predator series, returns for this one. The 2023 series was announced before the Day of the Hunter concluded, with Theta mentioned in solicitations and visible in preview art - so this would also be a spoiler for anyone waiting for the final issue of Day of the Hunter.
  • Sequel Series: It's a direct sequel to Predator: Day of the Hunter, with its protagonist Theta Berwick returning for the new series.
