Main Characters

    Lily Cruz/Ivy Aguas 

Portrayed by: Maja Salvador

The show's protagonist. A very innocent girl before witnessing the murder of her father and mother who is Not Quite Dead. After her time spent with Prianka Aguas, she transforms into a beautiful woman, hellbent on getting revenge on the Ardientes for her family.
  • Battle Couple: When they become a couple, she and Diego fight off mooks together. One example is when they take down Red Dragon's place.
  • Braids of Action: She wears braids in the finale when she confront Julio and Emila for the last time.
  • Buried Alive: Julio and Emila put her in a coffin and bury her, leaving her to die. She gets better, though, when she manages to escape.
  • Crusading Widow: In the penultimate episode, Diego's death is the final straw for Lily, and she decides to confront Julio and Emilia for the last time.
  • The Fashionista: Wears beautiful outfits and dresses in almost all of her scenes.
  • Heroic Seductress: Dangerous and beautiful, with her own intentions for the Ardientes. She manages to seduce Arnaldo into marrying her so she can gain more power and take down the Ardientes from the inside.
  • That Woman Is Dead: Drops the Ivy Aguas persona in order to herald Julio Ardiente's downfall.

    Diego Torillo 

Portrayed by: Joseph Marco

Lily/Ivy's childhood friend and Arnaldo's brother. Son to Raul Torillo but is not an actual Ardiente. Helps Ivy exact revenge on the Ardientes.
  • Character Death: Near the end, he gets shot by Julio with a sniper after he becomes the new governor of Poblacion Ardiente.
  • Formerly Fat: As a child, he used to be overweight. He was fat when Lily first met him. Years later, he is a handsome, well-built and fit man.
  • Mr. Fanservice: He is a well-built man who has several shirtless scenes. Heck, in the second opening he even rips his shirt off!
  • Sacrificial Lion: His death at Julio's hands shows that the fight between Lily and Julio and Emilia is far from over.
  • Official Couple: Lily and Diego finally become an item after episode 80, and stay together. They get married near the end.

    Jepoy Madrigal 

Portrayed by: Vin Abrenica

One of Lily/Ivy's childhood friends that she befriended after her escape from Poblacion Ardiente. Has feelings for Lily, but remains Just Friends with her. Eventually became a bodyguard to Arnaldo.

    Camia Cruz 

Portrayed by: Sunshine Cruz

Lily's mother, thought to be dead after Emilia has her raped and killed. She survives, but loses her memory for a while and is taken care of by Raul who dubs her Jasmin. Eventually, she reunites with Lily and becomes one of her staunchest allies.
  • Flower Motifs: Like her daughter, Lily, she shares a name with a flower.
  • Late-Arrival Spoiler: The promotion trailers and episode teaser spoil the fact that she's still alive.
  • Not Quite Dead: She is revealed to be alive and amnesiac when Raul went to unknown location to meet her.
  • Team Mom: Rather naturally; she treats her daughter's friends like Diego like her own.
    Damian Cruz (Spoiler Warning)  

Portrayed by: Christian Vasquez

Dante's twin brother and Lily's uncle. A criminal who is actually the real Jaguar who used Raul as a decoy as part of a plan by Natalie. He is in love with his brother's wife Camia, who's not aware of his identity as the real Jaguar.
  • Backup Twin: After Danter died in the first few episodes, Damian shows up several episodes later as the real Jaguar and eventually becomes Camia's Love Interest.
  • Doppelgänger Replacement Love Interest: He has feelings for Camia after his twin brother's death. Camia later reciprocates his feelings for her and they start dating. They get married at the end.
  • Polar Opposite Twins: Dante is a kind person and a lawyer, while Darmian is a criminal who becomes a masked crime boss named Jaguar.

The Ardiente Family

    Julio Ardiente 

Portrayed by: Tirso Cruz III

The show's Big Bad. He is a corrupt political patriarch of Poblacion Ardiente and a cold-blooded mass murderer.
  • Asshole Victim: Gets shot by his own daughter Emilia, whom he had mistreated for many years. He is later kept alive so that his ex-wife's adopted daughter Venus could torture him for god knows how long. Given the fact that he's a corrupt politician who kills many people and is abusive to Emilia, he deserves it.
  • Big Bad: Of the entire series. A Corrupt Politician who abuses his power and is responsible for the deaths of several people.
  • Cold-Blooded Torture: He and Emilia torture Jepoy when they discover that he (Jepoy) is The Mole and later Lily before they bury her alive. Julio later becomes the subject of torture by Venus, as she begins to blowtorch his mouth by the end.
  • Fate Worse than Death: By the end, After he seemingly got killed by Emila, he awakes and found himself in a laboratory with the tube to keep him alive where he ends up being tortured by Helena's adopted daughter Venus for eternity. Starting with a blowtorch to the mouth.
  • Grandparent Favoritism: He treats his grandson Arnaldo more kindly than his daughter Emila and bastard grandson Diego.
     Emilia Ardiente-Torillo 

Portrayed by: Aiko Melendez

The show's secondary antagonist. The daughter of Julio whose ambition is to attain her father’s approval and obtain power similar to her father and son. She is a corrupt political official who siphons money from her constituents. She orders the assassinations of anyone who goes against her.
  • Big Beautiful Woman: She may be curvy, but she still looks attractive. No wonder that Raul married her.
  • Bleed 'Em and Weep: Emilia starts crying after she shoots her abusive father Julio to (presumed) death while Lily hugs her to comfort her.
  • The Dog Bites Back: Near the end, Emilia finally had enough of her father when she realizes that Julio killed her aunt and her mother Helena and he never cared for her. She ends up shooting her own father dead. (Or so we thought.)
  • Fat Bitch: Although she's not that overweight, she is clearly an awful person who's willing to have someone assassinate people for her.
  • Heel–Face Turn: Emilia ends up siding with Lily after she finds out that Julio doesn't care about her and killed her mother and aunt near the end.
  • Last of His Kind: By the end of the series, Emilia becomes the last Ardiente who is still alive.
  • Mistreatment-Induced Betrayal: Near the end of the series, she turns against her father Julio after being mistreated and neglected by him for years.
  • One-Person Birthday Party: Downplayed. In the end, while a physically disabled Emilia spends her birthday alone in prison, Lily visits her to give her a cake and to show her that she now forgive Emilia for her crime.
  • Tears of Remorse: Sheds a tear in the last episode when she asks Lily why she forgives her after all that she did to her.

    Arnaldo Ardiente-Torillo 

Portrayed by: RK Bagatsing

Diego's elder brother, son of Raul and Emilia, and Mayor (at first) of Poblacion Ardiente. Arnaldo is a young man willing to do anything to get what he wants.
  • The Atoner: He's truly willing to atone for the sins he has committed before his coma, but understandably people find it hard to forgive him. After waking up from his coma and finding religion, he tries to be better. However it later gets subverted once he regains his memories.
  • Bastard Understudy: Groomed by his grandfather to be his heir and next overlord of Poblacion Ardiente.
  • Convenient Coma: Gets put into one by Jepoy shooting him, just after Lily reveals her identity to him and before he could tell his family about it.
  • Faking Amnesia: He pretends that he still atones and is religious even after his memories return.
  • Four Eyes, Zero Soul: He's the only member of the main cast to wear glasses, and has one of the blackest hearts.
  • Shower of Angst: Arnaldo takes a shower after he indirectly murders Carlotta and covers up her murder as a suicide.
  • Spurned into Suicide:
    • He tries to hang himself after Lily/Ivy (pretends to) leaves him for killing her foster mother and housekeeper Carlotta. He survives.
    • Played straight later when Arnaldo shoots himself after he realizes that Lilly will never love him.

    Raul Torillo/Jaguar 

Portrayed by: Wendell Ramos

Raul Torillo is Emila's husband and the father of Diego and Arnaldo. He is also a criminal boss under the alias "Jaguar".
  • Awful Wedded Life: He and Emila are clearly not happy together, since he's constantly cheating on her, hitting her, and arguing with her. Although he later regrets it and tries to win her back while he's disguised as Jaguar.
  • Badass in a Nice Suit: As Fake Jaguar, he sports a black suit and gets into gunfights.
  • Cool Mask: As Jaguar, he wears a shiny golden mask that's shaped like the head of a Jaguar.
  • Decoy Leader: It's revealed that he serves as a decoy to the real Jaguar to bring down Julio, as part of Natalie's plan.
  • Died in Your Arms Tonight: After Raul is accidentally shot by Emilia in a Gun Struggle, he apologizes and tells his son Diego he loves him before he dies in Diego's arms.
  • Gun Struggle: When Emilia is about to kill Camia and Damian, Raul/Jaguar tries to stop her, and they're holding the gun at the same time as they struggle for it. He ends up getting shot by accident, leaving Emila to find out his identity as he bleeds to death..
  • Stalker with a Crush: Has a creepy obsession with Camia, to the point where he attempts to rape her in the women's bathroom. He even keeps her in a remote place where he pretends to be her lover (by the time she's lost her memory and gone mute) for years after he saves her.

Others

     Helena Montoya/Red Dragon 

Portrayed by: Zsa Zsa Padilla

Helena Montoya is a jeweler who is interested in investing in Poblacion Ardiente. Or so she claims. But in reality she's secretly a leader of a criminal organization under the alias Red Dragon.
  • '50s Hair:Her signature hairstyle is a pin-up bun. She's worn it since she was a young adult.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: She genuinely cares for her daughter Emilia, which is one of the reasons that she holds a grudge against Lily for using and rivaling Emilia.
  • Evil vs. Evil: A leader of a criminal organization holds a grudge against Corrupt Politician Julio, who's her ex-husband, although it seems that they later get along and work together to stop Lily and her allies, until Helena betrays Julio and attempts to have her minions bury him alive.
  • Lady in Red: She usually wears red clothes or a red dress when she's Red Dragon or attending an event.
  • Silver Fox: She's currently in her fifties, and yet she still looks glorious and attractive in her shiny dress.
    Rosana "Ana" Navarro-Madrigal 

Portrayed by: Yan Santos

Like Jepoy, Ana is one of the street kids who's adopted by Prianka. She later comes back to aid Lily by pretending to be her in order to protect her identity and join her revenge plan after she hears about Carlota's death.
  • Childhood Friend Romance: She and Jepoy were friends when they were kids. They become a couple after Lily reveals her identity, but their relationship is cut short when Natalie forces Jepoy to be with her. They eventually get together and marry at the end after Natalie has a change of heart and lets Jepoy go.
  • Decoy Leader: She takes up Ivy's real identity Lily with Jepoy's help so that Lily's plan won't get exposed by the Ardientes. However, as Lily told her, it puts Ana in danger since Lily was the target for the Ardientes.
  • I Am Spartacus: When Emilia confronts Ivy to try to reveal her identity, Ana shows up and claims to be Lily to protect her.
     Nimfa Naig 

Portrayed by: Ingrid dela Paz

Diego's best friend, and a villager who has feelings for him. She becomes a mole for Emilia to spy on Camia and Diego when she bribes her with wealth.
  • All Love Is Unrequited: Nimfa has a crush on Diego, who's in love with Lily.
  • Cassandra Truth: She tries to tell Arnaldo the truth about Lily/Ivy after Ivy "breaks up" with him, but he refuses to believe her. This leads to Arnaldo shooting Nimfa to death.
  • The Mole: She becomes Emilia's spy when she accepts her offer. She does so in order to experience wealth and because she wants Diego.
  • Love Makes You Evil: Her unrequited love for Diego is one of the reasons why she works for Emilia.
    Carlotta Navarro 

Portrayed by: Ana Abad Santos

She is Prianka's housekeeper, who later becomes Lily, Jepoy, and Ana's foster mother after Prianka dies of cancer.
  • Kindly Housekeeper: A rich woman's housekeeper, who shows kindness toward and genuinely cares for Lily and Jepoy.
  • Never Suicide: After she was killed by Arnaldo, he tied her neck to the stairs to make it look like she hanged herself.
  • Parental Substitute: Back then when Prianka was alive, she was a mother figure to Lily, Jepoy, and Ana. She adopts them as her own children when Prianka passes away.
  • Too Good for This Sinful Earth: A kind and caring housekeeper and foster mother who tragically got strangled to death by Arnaldo, who then made it look like she committed suicide.
    Atty. Dante Cruz  

Portrayed by: Christian Vasquez

Dante is a lawyer who is Lily's father and Camia's husband. He and his family moved to Poblacion Ardiente to start a new life. He is suspicious about this province's low crime rate. When his wife Camia tells him about Raul attempting to rape her, he files a charge against him but then he dies of poisoning, making it look like he had a heart attack. His death was the start of Lily's revenge.
  • Tampering with Food and Drink: He is given poisoned coffee by his partner (who is unaware that Emila put something in it) and got killed when he got hit with poison while driving, causing a car crash.
  • Plot-Triggering Death: His death at the hands of the Ardientes is what leads to Lily's revenge on the Ardientes family to seek justice for him and Camia.
    Venus (Spoiler Warning)  

Portrayed by: Karylle

Helena's adopted daughter, who shows up near the end of the series to torture Julio as payback.
  • '50s Hair: Like Helena/Red Dragon, she sports a pin-up hairdo.
  • Cold-Blooded Torture: Her method of torturing Juilo is putting a blowtorch in his mouth.
  • Evil Counterpart: To Lily Cruz/Ivy Angus. They both got adopted by rich, successful women( Prianka and Helena) raised to be their successors and both share their hatred towards Julio. And Venus is what Lily would be if she chooses vengeance over justice.
  • Lady in Red: Just like Red Dragon, she wears a revealing red dress.
  • Last Episode, New Character: She is only introduced near the end of the last episode.
  • Parental Abandonment: Her foster mother Helena abandoned her when she found her real daughter Emilia.
  • Real-Life Relative: Helena/ Red Dragon's adopted daughter is played by Zsa Zsa Padilla's real daughter Karylle.
  • Walking Spoiler: The fact that she is Red Dragon's adopted daughter and is the one who finishes off Julio as payback instead of Lily is a huge spoiler.
     Natalie Alcantara 

Portrayed by: Roxanne Barcelo

Arnaldo's ex-fiance, her father's power base was used by the Ardientes. She holds a grudge against Lily/Ivy because Arnaldo breaks up with her to be with Ivy and later against the Ardientes when they kill her father.
  • Femme Fatale: She's highly seductive and easily uses men like Raul and later Jepoy to get what she wants and needs.
  • Pair the Spares: In the end, it is implied that she will enter a relationship with Diego's best friend Marlon after she lets Jepoy go to be with Ana.
  • Villainesses Want Heroes: Villainess is a bit of stretch, but she had one towards Jepoy. She forces him to be with her while she knows that he is still with Ana.
  • You Killed My Father: Later on in the series, she turns against the Ardientes after they kill her father.
  • Wild Card: After her father is killed by the Ardientes later on, she sometimes works with Lily's team and Jaguar's team to stop the Ardientes while she still holds a grudge against Lily. At the end, she finally joins Lily's side to raid Emilia and Julio's safe house.
