Sybil
Sybil "The Oracle" Teschner
- Came Back Wrong: Sybil is a Hollow One, a mostly-living humanoid brought back by magic in Blightshore. This comes with several side effects, including 'sounding' more dead, and feeling things less strongly.
- The former was lampshaded by Sybil after putting on a more 'alive' sounding voice, stating that she knows she sounds dead.
- Combat Clairvoyance: Sybil's portent rolls.
- Faking the Dead: Played with. Sybil didn't let the Cerberus Assembly know she came back from the dead, leading them to believe she stayed that way.
- I Have Many Names: At first only giving her name as "The Oracle", she extends the name "Sybil" after she and the party die together, uses "Amelia" as an alias at the Rockguard Garrison, and is called "Serendipity" by her brother Harland.
- Lampshaded by Sybil at the garrison. When asked for her name by Olivar, she states that she has many of them, but they can call her Amelia.
- As a result of her title, her party defaults to various nicknames for ease of reference, with Thalia referring to her as "Miss Oracle" and Alonne as some variation of "our Oracle friend".
- Power Tattoo: Has tattoos on her hands that glow when she casts certain spells.
- Really 700 Years Old: Subverted, Sybil is immune to aging, and can hypothetically live forever, but she's only two years older than she looks.
- Smart People Wear Glasses: As a wizard with an intelligence of 18 and a pair of spectacles, Sybil fits as this.
- Trauma Conga Line: Having recently died and come back to life, the Brokenveil Marsh was a form of this, having Sybil die again, be discovered as a Hollow One, find Fort Venture a bloody mess, find another Hollow One in a cage, relive memories from her childhood in which she still remembers feeling emotions strongly, and infiltrate a garrison of the empire where she namedropped a member of the Cerberus Assembly where she used to work among other things.

Alonne
Alonne Firth
- Admiring the Abomination: In several instances, allegedly including the Oblex.
- Arc Words:
- "Where you go, I follow."
- Fate Worse than Death: In Fort Venture, Alonne was ritualistically killed and revived over and over again.
- Immortality Bisexuality: Alonne is a Hollow One, and in a drinking game of Never Have I Ever confirmed he's kissed both men and women.
- Nightmare Fetishist: Justified, in that Alonne is a scholar of the Far Realms and has largely been desensitized to its horrors.
- "It’s beautiful, isn’t it? [...] It doesn’t horrify me. I was born to study these things, I was born to speak to them, to talk to them. It’s my purpose and my life’s work."
Harm
Harmony "Harm"
- Sanity Slippage: It's implied that Harm's time in the Flesh Dome has done this.
