Announcers
David Penzer (1993-2001)
- Arch-Enemy: Chris Jericho, who attacked him, during a losing streak, every time he announced the winner's name. To be fair Jericho always bought him new suits.
- Except he'd then rip them off him again.
- Tacky Tuxedo: Instead of the traditional black, Penzer often wore a vibrantly colorful cummerbund and bowtie with his tuxedo.
Gary Michael Cappetta (1989-1995)
- Cunning Linguist: Spoke English and Spanish.
Michael Buffer (1993-2000)
- Battle Cry / Catchphrase: "Let's Get Ready to Rumble!"
- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: His introductions have been replaced on WWE 24/7 broadcasts of WCW events for licensing reasons. Specifically, Buffer owns the trademark to his catchphrase.
- Non-Action Guy: His contract was strictly "no touch".
Commentators & Backstage Personalities
Mike Tenay (1994-2001)
- The Smart Guy: They don't call him "The Professor" for nothing. He has a vast and impressive knowledge of the wrestling business, wrestling history, and wrestling maneuvers.
