WGGSBB Squidward
I GOTTA GET SPONGEBOB BACK!
The first week's opponent. After SpongeBob mysteriously disappeared one day, Squidward goes insane and goes on a quest to get him back, causing chaos across Bikini Bottom until he finds Boyfriend and Girlfriend. He stars in the parody "We Gotta Get SpongeBob Back"- Art Evolution: He becomes much better animated and drawn in the 2.0 update.
- Token Good Teammate: Although he's clearly not sane, he doesn't want to harm Boyfriend and Girlfriend, merely wanting to get SpongeBob back.
WGGSBB SpongeBob
A gigantic floating 3D SpongeBob that cries waterfalls and serves as the opponent in "Tears Of Joy". He's the SpongeBob that Squidward wants to get back
- Ocular Gushers: He cries entire waterfalls out of his eyes.
SpongeBob SickPants
We found a cute little land mammal in jellyfish fields!
The second week's first opponent. Rather than the typical happy-go-lucky sponge we all know and love, this version of Bob is an Ax-Crazy murderer that hangs out with his completely static version of Patrick. He stars in the parody "SpongeBob SickPants"- Affably Evil: While he is a serial killer, his friendship with Patrick is genuine, and he does give Boyfriend a fair fight (at least until he tries to slash him with his spatula).
- Ax-Crazy: In his original animation, he murders and then eats a fish after he cordially greeted him, and then murders a fish on the Krusty Cock and turns him into a Krabby Patty because Patrick was hungry. In the mod, he also tries to slice Boyfriend to death with his spatula.
- Super-Strength: He can rip other fish (and Boyfriend) apart with a spatula.
- Villainous Breakdown: He gets notably pissed in his losing icon. And at the beginning of "Shark Hunt", he tries to slash Boyfriend apart with his spatula before Patrick takes over.
Sick Patrick
I want a krabby patty.
The second week's second opponent. This photorealistic version of Patrick is SickPants' best friend, who usually keeps him company during his murders. Despite this, however, he is actually harmless. He stars alongside his best friend in "SpongeBob SickPants"- Stylistic Suck: His idle is immovile, and his pre-V2 animations were just a version of his idle with his mouth open getting stretched erratically. This is a Justified Trope however, as he also didn't move too much in his original animation. Averted in version 2, where he is animated more.
- Token Good Teammate: Despite being perfectly fine with SpongeBob's constant violent murders, he technically doesn't assist him in them and is stated to be actually pretty harmless. As a result of this, he is one of the few opponents that doesn't actively try to harm Boyfriend. Downplayed in that he is still friends with a serial killer, and doesn't try to stop said murders.
Bob Sponge Mr. Krabs
Money money money.
The third week's opponent. This version of Mr. Krabs is an Ax-Crazy criminal who constantly commits heinous crimes that range from murder, to human trafficking to even TRESPASSING!!, after murdering Boyfriend off-screen, he has now set his eyes on the week's playable character Girlfriend. He stars in the parody "Bob Sponge".- Disproportionate Retribution: Inverted. After the heinous crimes he committed, he's arrested for just a few days.
- Genuine Human Hide: In the original animation, he wore the skin from Squidward's face on his head. In "Human Trafficking", he does the same with Boyfriend's head.
- One-Word Vocabulary: The only word he ever says is "money".
- Only in It for the Money: The only reason he commits his constant horrible crimes is money.
SpongeBong HempPants
Our asses are saved!
A parody of SpongeBob who is a weed addict. He is fought in "Cannabis and "Handlebars".- The Stoner: As his name implies, he enjoys smoking crack and cannabis.

- Bladder of Steel: The player cannot pause his song. Trying to do so will display an image of Santiago saying "NO PAUSING", which will remain on screen until the player presses a note.
- Odd Name Out: The only opponent who's not based off an existing SpongeBob character.
Adult Swim SpongeBob
KRABBY PATTIES ARE MADE OUT OF KRAAAAAB!
A SpongeBob from a skit on Robot Chicken who discovered the horrifying truth about Krabby patties and exposes it to the public.- Defeat Equals Friendship: He teams up with Boyfriend in "Machina" against Robot Chicken after he's defeated in "Truth Hurts".
- Token Good Teammate: He does not have bad intentions towards Boyfriend at all. He is completely sane unlike WGGSBB Squidward, and doesn't associate with murderers unlike Sick Patrick. His anger stems from Mr. Krabs killing sea creatures and serving them as food to his customers.

- No Fair Cheating: His song can be accessed by trying to press 7 on any song.
Playable
Boyfriend
- Flipping the Bird: His idle on the YourBoySponge is always flipping SpongeBob off.
- Vocal Dissonance: His singing voice on the Sick Pants is much deeper than the one we're used to, possibly to mock how SpongeBob's voice in most of the parodies is never on par of the original. This becomes Justified in the weeks with the Inflatable SpongeBob, as he's supposed to be younger and therefore not reached puberty yet.
Girlfriend
- Adaptational Ugliness: Her design in the Sick Pants week is the complete opposite of her usual Ms. Fanservice self.
