Side characters that exist in Vault Hunters Wanted. For simplicity, no characters from Borderlands or Borderlands2 will be mentioned.

Mel and Del
Twin brothers who work for the Crimson Raiders, Mel and Del are opposites in business and personality. Mel is a master shield maker with an obsession towards Not-So-Tiny Tina, while Del is a Stoic weapons dealer who is usually very deadpan in nature. Despite these differences, both of them work extremely well together, fighting alongside one another with chainsaw claymores.
- Chainsaw Good: Both of their swords have sharp chainsaw-like apparatus attacked to the blades, making them extremely good at cutting and slashing.
- Mad Love: Mel is crazy for Tina, so much so that she finds him off-putting and creepy. He doesn't mind the beatings or insults though, as he knows she "loves him somewhere in her heart". Del can see how that's total bullshit, but doesn't comment on it.
- Red Oni, Blue Oni: Mel = Red, Del = Blue. Slightly subverted, as Mel as far more relaxed than Del while Del is deeply motivated to do his job and do it right.
- Sibling Team: Fight together fairly well, at least on par with the regular Vault Hunters at least.
- The Stoic: Del, though he does get annoyed by his brother's stupidity and even indulges in some of his idiotic behavior.
Baskerville
A wereskag like Wolfenstein and the significant other of Lilith, Baskerville is the second-in-command of the Crimson Raiders. Unlike Wolfenstein, his combat abilities are severely hampered by his currently-unknown illness, which requires him to be inactive for long periods of time while on medication. He is a Deadpan Snarker on par with Lilith, though he's also a Violently Protective Boyfriend towards Lilith on multiple occassions.
- Our Werebeasts Are Different: A wereskag actually. Unlike most werebeasts, transforming partially turns him into a liquid-like state made of blood and fur. It's actually very useful in combat as a Swiss-Army Weapon.
- Worf Had the Flu: Why he doesn't fight as often as the other Vault Hunters.
Nurse Katelyn
The personal assistant of Doctor Suture and surrogate mother of Aurai, Katelyn is a a Non-Action Girl Hospital Hottie. She tends to stay away from the action due to lacking any significant combat skills, but revoked this when Aurai was kidnapped the second time, turning herself into a Badass Normal for a brief period of time. Later on, she and Suture get involved romantically, which seems to be successful so far.
- Action Girl: See Badass Normal below.
- Badass Normal: Turns into this when Aurai was kidnapped for the second time. While she can only use a pistol, she is notable for having great healing skills as well as balls the size of pumpkins.
- Hospital Hottie: Dresses in a provocative nurse outfit, but is an actual nurse with medical expertise.
- Mama Bear: Let's put it bluntly: Do not, do not mess with Aurai, or she will find you and kill you. It doesn't matter if you're one of the most powerful men in the entire universe like Mr. Vangorium, or her former boss, no one messes with Aurai.
- Parental Substitute: For Aurai. She is very protective of her "daughter", to the point where she's willing to risk her own life just to get her back, even without any combat training or experience.
