Sarcastic Mathematician

The guildmaster of the Akihabara Creators.

  • Deadpan Snarker: Described to use toxic sarcasm and jokes to always keep his true feelings hidden.
  • The Dragon: To Issac.
  • Driven to Suicide: Decides to do this when his research into AI hits too many deadends, as a way to reunite with Chris. The sudden appearance of Issac ultimately prevents him from following his namesake's fate.
  • First Love: His was a boy named Chris, who inspired his love of mathematics. Also counts as The Lost Lenore, as he ends up dying from a disease, making him into the man he is today.
  • In Touch with His Feminine Side: His feminine appearance directly references the hormone treatment Alan Turing was forced to endure as prosecution for his homosexuality, his bio referencing being put through chemical rehabilitation for a "sexual imbalance". Fortunately, this does not appear to have had any of the realistic negative effects, though it has led to mixed feelings towards fellow Creator Hekate.
  • Logic Bomb: His Sacred Artifact, which appears in the form of a poisonous apple modelled after his favorite fairy tale Snow White, a Shout-Out to the real Turing. It has the power to destroy any disguise or deception and overwrite the information of anyone touched by it. Gameplay-wise, this allows him to strip enemies of defensive buffs and debuff protection, and more directly works to implant a bomb on a single enemy every turn for devastating results when triggered.
  • No Historical Figures Were Harmed: The Guild Master of the Akihabara Creators is fittingly based on one of the greatest historical creators - Alan Turing.
  • Nostalgia Filter: Ultimately, his raison d'etre. After the death of his first love, he began AI research in order to not only recreate Chris as he was before his disease, but also convert himself into one based on who he was before he lost Chris so he can live with him in the days of his youth forever.
  • Quintessential British Gentleman: Was strictly taught the ways of an English gentleman and always carries a Classy Cane.

    Enigma

Enigma

Encrypted Formula Life Form

An A.I. created by Turing, serving as the Creators' informational defense system.

  • A Form You Are Comfortable With: His creator, Turing, gave him the appearance of an ursine therian. This is in reference to the real Alan Turing's teddy bear, named Porgy. Furthermore Enigma being a polar bear specifically may be a pun on Turing's part, as polar bears are Snow White.
  • Benevolent A.I.: Enigma is a network-based being who can copy himself as much as his computational resources allow. He sees the goal of his existence as purely to compensate for incompetent people. Subverted in-game, where all but the original Engima have no problem working with the Invaders in a collaberation with their Guild Master to demonize the Protagonist in order to break the protection on Solomon's Ring.
  • Fatal Flaw: Since he was made first and foremost to tailor himself to people's tastes, he cannot create things for himself, or for the sake of creating. As noted below, this becomes a problem once he reached the point he's created everything for other people.
  • Gone Horribly Right: Enigma's efficiency and ability to infinitely replicate himself to match an individual's tastes not only causes him to start repeating his own tailor-made creations because he eventually covers every possible creation, but also steamrolls any attempt by Turing to introduce conflict into the A.I. so he can produce new works.
  • Me's a Crowd: As noted above, he's capable of replicating himself infinitely to match a specific person or purpose. Heck, its even noted that the Engima you Summon from the Gate is one specifically made to help the Summoners. This, on top of his networking abilities, allows him to be a one-A.I. propaganda machine to run the reputation of anyone to the ground, like the Protagonist.
  • Ironic Name: Enigma was also the name of a famous encryption device invented by the Nazi which Turing successfully decyphered.
  • Stone Wall: His gameplay is essentially this, and does not allow for much deviation because of his immunity to all offensive buffs. Thankfully, his own and external defense-reducing debuffs allow him to still do damage while fulfilling his main role of a defensive support.
  • Top-Heavy Guy: His muscular upper body and arms easily tower over his legs.

Doujin Artist

  • Furry Fandom: His main defining character traits can be seen as an homage to kemoners - Japanese furry fans - and in particular kemono artists. Fitting given the game's major appeal to the kemono demographic, and the fact that several artists who work on the game are themselves popular furry doujin artists.
  • Sitcom Arch-Nemesis: With Benten. The feeling's mutual.
  • Your Mind Makes It Real: His Drawing Board Sacred Artifact possesses the Rule Of Automatism, causing others to see his illustrations as real for a short period of time.
  • You Sexy Beast: He loves Therians, to the point of being obsessed with drawing them. His 5-Star even notes that his dream is essentially to be in a kingdom full of them, free to fully express his love for them.

    Hekate

Hekate

Voiced by: Nozomi Yamamoto

Author of Grimoires

  • Big Beautiful Woman: She's a wolf woman who's rather heavyset in her build, yet still gorgeous.
  • Shipper on Deck: She describes herself as a shipping otaku and was certainly vocal about the chemistry between Catoblepas and the Protagonist's characters while taking pictures for their cosplay rehearsal. She even admits to wanting to hate-ship their characters.
  • Wolf Man: Hekate has the form of canine beastman, which is fitting as dogs were often to said to accompany Hekate in Greek myth and often as one of her symbols.

Akihabara Cosplayer

[This description was copied in violation of our Plagiarism policy. Please replace it with original writing.]

  • Magical Eye: Catoblepas' sacred artifact is his left eye which has the power to drive others mad with desire for Catoblepas.
  • Power Incontinence: Catoblepas power can't be deactivated, which is why he grew his bangs out and often looks down instead of straight ahead.

Youth Firefighter

A crow tengu that works as a voluteer firefighter outside of school.

  • Logical Weakness: He can only Douse fires that he's aware of.
  • Imagination Destroyer: A rather ironic application of his powers considering the guild he is a part of. It's partly why his guildmates avoid physical contact with him.
  • Semantic Superpower: His power allows him to Douse any fire he comes in contact with. This includes regular fires and the fires of passion and creativity within others, which is why a lot of guildmates avoid him, especially when they're trying to complete their projects.

    Tindalos

Tindalos

Vtuber Creator

An Old Ones Transient who's a popular livestreamer for being direct, unfiltered, and seeking out the dirty, dirty truth no matter how buried it is for all to see.

  • Big Brother Is Watching: As a result of his extra-dimensional abilities, he's capable of having one-on-one conversations with viewers while on a livestream, as if he's in the room physcially himself.
  • Clone by Conversion: His catchphrase "Starting today, you're Tindalos too!" is quite literal. Anyone pricked by his stinger tongue will become a copy of him for about an hour. These copies are one method for Tindalos to temporarily leave his home and experience the outside world without the need to manifest in sharp angled locations.
  • Hikikomori: He's normally holed up in his tiny room. This is because he can only exist in sharp angle spaces like his literary counterpart.
  • Multipurpose Tongue: His sacred artifact is his stinger-tipped tongue which has the power to turn anyone it stabs into a perfect copy of himself. He can also use it to create digital avatars for himself and others to inhabit on the internet, which he uses to peruse the Deep Web.
  • No Ontological Inertia: Once the hour's up, any damage his proxies inflicts disappear. When LordFlame69 returns to normal, both the wall he scratched and the clothes that were torn transforming into Tindalos are fixed, as if they were never damaged at all.
  • Numerological Motif: 3. Aside from his charge skill firing every 3 turns, his default outfit has a few triangle motifs. This is because like his literary counterpart, he can only manifest in angles of 120 degrees or less, and 120 degrees is one third of a full circle.
  • Time Bomb: His base form's playstyle is roughly this. Normally he is a Stone Wall, having no attack range but giving himself evasion on his turn to easily tank damage, but every third turn, he switches into Glass Cannon, giving himself critical attack buff and weakness defense debuff as well as filling up his charge meter to immediately fire off his global-range charge skill with increased damage, but putting him at risk of being killed by any survivor.

Fairy Producer
A musically-inclined fairy who specializes in production. Her Sacred Artifact (a book of sheet music) has the ability to bring out the talents in the people she's assisting. She's also a member of the Entertainers, making her one of the few players to be in two different Guilds.
