Kouichi Haimawari
A 19-year-old who wants to be a hero, but his Quirk, Slide, which is an ability to slide around on the ground at the speed of a bike when three of his limbs are touching it, made him unfit for service because trying to go faster proves risky to both him and bystanders. Eventually, he decides to get serious, dons a costume after hours and does "hero work" (really just self-imposed public services like directing people, picking up dropped items, helping the elderly cross the street and cleaning up trash), until an encounter with Knuckle Duster changes his life. With added training and experience, Kouichi starts to take the brakes off his Quirk and uses it for vigilantism.
- Age Lift: The My Hero Academia: Vigilantes series takes place several years before the main events of My Hero Academia, but he's the same age as he appears in his home series here despite taking place several years later.
- Dramatically Missing the Point: He shrugs off getting hit by one of Overhaul's prototype Quirk Erasing Bullets. Kazuho and Knuckle Duster are quick to call him out on it.
- Fanboy: Admires the Phantom Thieves, in contrast to Kazuho.

A Quirkless vigilante who goes on the prowl for criminals at night.
- Age Lift: The My Hero Academia: Vigilantes series takes place several years before the main events of My Hero Academia, but he's the same age as he appears in his home series here despite taking place several years later.
- Badass Normal: He's Quirkless, but he's strong enough to send foes flying into walls.
- Blood Knight: He loves to fight against villains who can actually pose a challenge to him. In fact, his idea of 'getting info' on the Quirk Erasing Bullet that hit Kouichi is to mug random thugs in the streets.
