    The Old Queen
A very large ROYAL grandmother who, although dying, is not going quietly into the dark night.
  • Dark Lord on Life Support: At the start of the story the Old Queen is dying but she's implied to be faking that later on when she arrests De Lordy.
  • The Genie Knows Jack Nicholson: She mentions Oscar Wilde in I'm A Mother, (A Real Mother)
  • Mage in Manhattan: The Old Queen coming to Earth near the end.
  • Parental Incest: I'm A Mother, (A Real Mother) implies this happened between Frank and the Old Queen before he came to Earth. It would...explain a lot, but it seems Transylvania in general is extremely laxed on sexual borders.
  • Parental Love Song: I'm A Mother, (A Real Mother) is more of a Parental Incest Song.
  • Running Both Sides: It turns out the leader of the UFO bureau actually answers to her.
  • Textual Celebrity Resemblance: The script describes the Old Queen as looking like "Elizabeth Taylor look-a-like that's been drowned for a week or three".
  • Throne Made of X: The Old Queen uses a black, gothic deck chair as a throne.
  • Unexplained Recovery: Frank implied his mother was dead in the original movie, as he swore on his mother's grave that he wouldn't tell Janet that he and Brad slept together . It's possible he was just saying that to appease Brad.

    Steve Majors
He's a young(ish) guy who's trying to find the aliens that were responsible for his elder brother going off the rails some years ago and winding up as a bottomless go-go dancer in Vegas.
  • Ambiguously Related: Given that the script seems to ignore Shock Treatment, it's not clear if Brad being adopted is still canon, so it's unclear if Steve is Brad's biological or adopted brother.
  • Future Me Scares Me: When child Steve sees his future self ranting about aliens and time travel, he and his mother hide in the house and call the police.
  • Have I Mentioned I Am Heterosexual Today?: Steve goes into a long rant about women he’s slept with when Riff Raff asks him to get into the shower with him, not realizing that Riff wanted to use the hidden teleporter.
  • The Men in Black: Steve works for the Bureau of Investigation into U.F.O's.
  • No Sense of Humor: His profile at the top of the script says "Steve is a very serious young man who very rarely sees the funny side of anything, including himself."
  • Trapped in the Past: Steve at the end.
  • You Killed My Father: Believes that Transylvanians are responsible for Brad dying.

    Lord De Lordy
First cousin to the Old Queen and next in line (he hopes) for the Royal Deck Chair. He's overfed, overweight, overdressed and oversexed.

    Ray Ammbo
Head of a U.S. Agency which investigates UFO and extraterrestrial activity on Earth. He's really into expensive designer suits, ties, shoes and aftershave in a big way.
  • Ambiguously Bi: When we first see him there's a transsexual stripper on the TV in his office.
  • Frothy Mugs of Water: In-universe Ray Ammbo tries to convince Steve that he’s snorting "headache powder".
  • The Men in Black: Ray leads the Bureau of Investigation into U.F.O's.
  • Playing Both Sides: His U.F.O. bureau actually answers to the Transylvanians.
  • Trans Chaser: The first scene featuring government paranormal investigator Ray Ammbo shows him being caught watching a transgender stripper on his TV.

    Sonny Ammbo
Sonny is an outrageous, smart, good-looking, charming teenager.
  • Ascended Fanboy: Was a Rocky Horror superfan who finds out the movie is based in a true story and is next in line for the throne on the planet Transsexual.
  • Ascended Meme: Sonny says "Asshole" and "Slut" every time Brad and Janet's names are mentioned.
  • Awesome Moment of Crowning: Sonny gets crowned with the royal tiara when he ascends Transsexual's royal deckchair.
  • Child of Two Worlds: Sonny is a child of Earth and Transsexual, although the latter in unquestionably the dominant half.
  • Dominant Species Genes: If Sonny is anything to go by then Transylvanian genes blow humanity's out of the water.
  • Half-Human Hybrid: Sonny is half human, half Transylvanian.
  • Happily Adopted: By Ray.
  • Kiss of Death: The Old Queen dies of a heart attack after Sonny kisses her passionately.
  • Lack of Empathy: Sonny is said not to be able to feel compassion.
  • Meaningful Name: To Exactly What It Says on the Tin levels: He's a Spin-Offspring named "Sonny."
  • Narcissist: "Everybody adores him and he sees no reason why he should be any different".
  • Oblivious Adoption: Ray's last words are to tell Sonny that he's adopted.
  • Parental Incest: He kills his grandmother by kissing her passionately and ends up living in an open relationship with his mother and it's implied early on that he and his adopted father participated in an orgy.
  • Royal Brat: Turns out he's descended from Transylvanian royalty, and calling him a brat would probably be an understatement.
  • The Sociopath: Sonny is described as "completely without morals or compassion."
  • Troubling Unchildlike Behavior: According to the script he's only 15 and it's implied he's been extremely sexually active for way longer than that and even participated in orgies with his adoptive father. Oh, and he begins a sexual relationship with his mother by the end. This might have something to do with the Transylvanian genetics, especially with daddy and grandmommy considered...
  • Spin-Offspring: He's the result of the encounter between Frank and Janet from the original Rocky Horror, and as can be seen above he's the spitting image of the former.

    Judith Brankmire
Judy is a real estate agent who went to school with Steve.
  • Buxom Beauty Standard: The script describes her as a "rather over-endowed young woman".
  • Ms. Fanservice: She arrives in Transylvania "wet and naked" and sings a duet with Lord De Lordy while in that state.
  • Together in Death: After Riff kills De Lordy, she asks him to do the same to her and he obliges.
  • Unrequited Love: Steve has a longterm crush on her but she does not return his feelings.
