The antagonist of Party 2! and sister of Ellie. After their falling out led to her beloved sister Ellie leaving the house, she killed her parents and tracked her sister down. In the in-universe game, she is an entity with full control of the game who breaks into Ellie's house with intent to kill. She is connected to FunGame Inc in some way.
- Big Bad: She is Ellie's insane sister who breaks into her house to torment and kill her for leaving her in the past.
- Driven to Suicide: In the secret final ending, Elise cuts her wrists and bleeds to death. According to a text screenshot on the official Discord and GameJolt announcements page, her mysterious suicide is far from the only one.
- Evil Redhead: She is a crazed Self-Made Orphan and Serial Killer who goes after her sister as revenge for leaving her.
- Glitch Entity: The version of her inside the in-universe game can glitch it with her very presence.
- Self-Made Orphan: Elise has apparently offed her own parents because they let Ellie leave the family."I love you mommy and daddy, but when you read this I will already be ready to kill you. I'm so sorry I have to do this :(. But you shouldn't have let Ellie leave. Danny will be OK, I locked him in my room. He won't see what will happen to you. I love you mommy. I love you daddy.

- Yandere: Towards her sister Ellie. When the latter left the house for some unexplained reason, she went insane and began stalking Ellie. In the in-universe game, she is shown breaking into Ellie's house and trying to kill her.
