Marrox Galatt
- "Do you see a good person? Or do you see an evil person? Please...don't lie to me."
A former soldier from the kingdom of Kosslivo, Marrox defected from his country and now wanders aimlessly around Glordale. He's also Margoth's father.
- The Atoner: He wanders around Glordale aimlessly helping others in need and trying to find his daughter, hoping he'll eventually be redeemed of his past sins.
- Bad Black Barf: He either coughs up or vomits up black saliva and vomit throughout the story. It's later revealed that he's dying from some unknown illness.
- Blood Knight: A former one. Marrox thrived off murder and bloodshed when he was a soldier for King Torgash.
- Dark and Troubled Past: He used to be one of the top soldiers for King Torgash's army, where he killed thousands and raped human slaves without question.
- Dying Alone: Subverted. After a horrible reunion with his daughter, Marrox wanders into the forest at night and collapses, ready to die. He doesn't, and the next morning, he runs into Dollik.
- Easily Forgiven: Realistically subverted. Margoth doesn't forgive Marrox for what he did in the past. In her eyes, she doesn't see an orc on the path to redemption. All she sees is a an orc who raped and killed her mother, and then didn't even try to raise her when he had several opportunities to do so.
- Gentle Giant: He's a burly and tall orc who can easily subdue others in a fight. He's also very kind, and doesn't resort to violence unless necessary.
- Heel Realization: While Marrox was in King Torgash's army, one of his friends fell over and died, and none of the orcs around him cared. He eventually realized he was nothing more than a "spoke on a wagon wheel," and was so disgusted by how his king had hardened Kosslivo that he abandoned the kingdom.
- Heroic Neutral: Marrox, despite his good intentions, isn't a hero. He used to be a Blood Knight who blindly followed the orders of a war-driven orc king, and he raped dozens of slaves without hesitation. While he ultimately had a Heel Realization and defected, Marrox spent the rest of his life wandering around seeking atonement for his own self-serving reasons, and he mostly just wants to be left in peace.
- Interplay of Sex and Violence: Marrox used to adore raping and murdering dozens around him, to the point where both acts went hand in hand. Angus tries to revert Marrox back to this mentality by slitting a stilio's neck, and the mere sight of blood oozing down the stilio's body gives Marrox an erection.
- Luke, I Am Your Father: He's actually Margoth's true father.
- Secretly Dying: He's dying from some kind of incurable illness.
- Your Days Are Numbered: He has only a couple weeks to live, hence why he's so adamant on finding his daughter.
Gorlox
- "What do we do now, Marrox? Hmm? Can't go back. There's nothing forward. Where do we go?"
A former shaman within King Torgash's army who defected after Torgash tried to exterminate all the shamans in his kingdom.
- Bungled Suicide: Implied. When Gorlox and Marrox talk about their former lives as a soldier, and that they've been getting headaches and suffering from nightmares, Gorlox reveals a large scar on his throat he keeps covered.
- Gasshole: Gorlox off-handedly mentions that he farts in his sleep a lot. When Marrox and Gorlox sleep in the same room together, Marrox finds out that he was not exaggerating.
- The Hermit: Gorlox, upon finding out that King Torgash was going to slaughter all the shamans in his kingdom, defected to go live alone. He confesses that he was fine with this choice, because he doesn't like crowds and is happier living by himself.
- Retired Badass: Gorlox is frequently described as being "elderly," and he used to be a former member of King Torgash's sadistic army.
Jiroveen
- "Shhhh, hush darling. I'm almost done..."
A Pureblood werewolf who repeatedly raped Lorwyl in an attempt to impregnate herself.
- Double Standard Rape: Female on Male: Averted. Nothing Jiroveen does to Lorwyl is remotely funny. Her raping of Lorwyl psychologically damages him and resulted in the other Purebloods in the pack thinking that he's now pathetic.
- Freudian Excuse: She rapes Lorwyl because she and her Pureblood pack are endangered, and they're desperate to improve their numbers—even by force.
- Neck Snap: How Marrox kills her.
- We Hardly Knew Ye: All we knew about her is that she raped Lorwyl (twice) and was a Pureblood. We don't even learn her name until after she dies.
Lorwyl
- "It's not easy. Can't go a day without fucking. Everyone's so desperate to have more offspring."
A self-conscious Pureblood werewolf who's encountered by Marrox while he's getting raped by Jiroveen.
- Fantastic Racism: Lorwyl is very prejudiced against orcs. The entire time he's with Marrox, he can't stop arguing with him over his logic, because he assumes that most orcs only care about rape and violence.
- Jerkass: Lorwyl makes it very clear that he doesn't like orcs. The entire time Marrox helps him dump Jiroveen's body in the river, he's constantly patronizing him and orcs as a whole with snark and shouting at him, even after Marrox saved him from Jiroveen. He doesn't even thank him for his assistance.
- My Greatest Failure: Allowing Jiroveen to rape him. Ever since the incident, all the werewolves in his pack look at him different and think he's weak. He's also become highly self-conscious and doubtful over his attitude since then.

Margoth Galatt
- "Someone has to grow all these crops, right?"
A half-orc and a farmer. She's also Marrox's daughter.
- Beware the Nice Ones: When Margoth first meets Marrox and thinks he's an intruder, she starts taking out her dirk, ready to fight him. It isn't until Marrox reveals that he's friendly that she lets down her guard.
- Child by Rape: She's the daughter of Marrox and one of the slaves that Marrox repeatedly raped under Torgash's ruling.
- Half Human Breed: She's half human, half orc.
- Nice Girl: She's a very kind half-orc who willingly invites Marrox into her home after finding out he's not hostile, and even tries to give him some supplies for his journey.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: She thoroughly chews out Marrox for being a horrible father, for killing her mother, and for failing to raise her. Even after she finds out that Marrox changed his ways, she doesn't forgive him.Margoth: "I learned how to defend myself, how to take care of myself, how to raise my own crops and animals, and I did it all without you. You've been gone all this time, missed out on me growing up—missed out on everything—and now that you're dying, you think, what? I’ll pity you? I'll just forget about all the shit you've done? You think now is the proper time to barge into my life, long after I've already assumed you were dead?"
Dollik
- "Oh goody! Good for Dollik! Dollik can finally have company for the day!"
A kind goblin who lives alone in Glordale.
- The Hermit: Dollik doesn't like to live amongst people anymore after he was driven out of his village due to false rumors of him being a perverted "fetish-crazed, sacrilegious beast." While he's happier living alone, he also gets lonely from time to time.
- Nice Guy: A very kind and caring goblin. Even after he figures out what Marrox did in his past, he continues to stay friends with him.
- The Pig-Pen: Like most goblins, Dollik doesn't care much for hygiene. He's mentioned that a lot of people have openly told him that he stinks.
- Third-Person Person: Dollik always refers to himself by his name. In fact, he rarely seems to use any pronouns.
- You Need a Breath Mint: Marrox recoils from Dollik after catching wind of his breath, and Dollik himself later tells him that a lot of people don't like him because he doesn't bathe and has bad breath.
