    Duchess Chrysalis

Duchess Chrysalis

"Very fortunate indeed."

    Mirror Starlight Glimmer

Mirror Starlight Glimmer

  • Aura Vision: She knows a spell that lets her see auras. When she uses it, she learns Raiga is a Kaiju.
  • Cowardly Lion: Part of the reason why Chrysalis chose her as her student is because she is able to overcome her fears and rise to the occasion.
  • Dramatic Irony: She helps out Raiga when she arrives in Equestria, not knowing that she is really a Kaiju.
  • Evil Doppelgänger: Inverted relative to the main Equestria's version of her presumably, as well as her world's version of Twilight Sparkle.
  • Heroic Self-Deprecation: She does not believe she is particularly talented or powerful, until Raiga gives her a pep talk.
  • MacGuffin Super-Person: The evil Kaiju in the Mirror Universe require a Unicorn powerful in magic for a certain project, so they target her.
  • Magic Enhancement: Contrasting with her counterpart in Equestria proper, this Starlight's power is to enhance another's talent via her magic.
  • Teleportation: She can teleport short distances in a flash of light.
  • Wrong Genre Savvy: She believes Raiga is merely a normal Siren with temporary amnesia when the latter was greatly disoriented, not knowing she's looking at a kaiju trying to figure out how to move without legs.

    Mirror Suri Polomare

Mirror Suri Polomare

  • Evil Doppelgänger: Inverted relative to her main universe counterpart.
  • The Fashionista: She's considered the best dress maker in Manehattan.
  • I Owe You My Life: Designs outfits to honor the good Kaiju who saved her and Canterlot and does her best to help the public know they are the good guys.

    Mirror Lightning Dust

Mirror Lightning Dust

  • Evil Doppelgänger: Inverted relative to her main universe counterpart. She's empathetic and does her best to help others, unlike the main Lightning Dust who only cares about herself.

    Empress Mio Odiato Cadenza

Empress Mio Odiato Cadenza

  • Card-Carrying Villain: In her own words, attempts to redeem or reform her are pointless, "Because I'm a cold hearted wretch who causes hatred and grief."
  • Distaff Counterpart: She's pretty much the Mirrorverse's version of the evil King Sombra, and every bit as horrible.
  • The Dreaded: She is feared and hated throughout Mirror Equestria.
  • Evil Doppelgänger: To Princess Cadance.
  • Gemstone Assault: She can create and control constructs of Aerenth.
  • God Save Us from the Queen!: She's a tyrant.
  • Hate Sink: Notably while she, Mirror Junior, and Battra Lea are partners-in-crime and have done all the same vile things, Cadenza lacks any mitigating factors for her vileness. She's never shown having a Freudian Excuse like Mirror Junior or any loved ones, and unlike Battra Lea wasn't born an Omnicidal Maniac. She's simply a sadistic, psychopathic murderer.
  • Insistent Terminology: She is an Empress, not a Princess.
  • Meaningful Name: Her full name roughly translates to "My Hated Cadence".
  • The Power of Hate: Unlike the regular Cadance, she channels hatred instead of love.
  • Revenge by Proxy: She's more than happy to get at Starlight Glimmer out of revenge towards Chrysalis.
  • Sealed Evil in a Can: She was imprisoned until Mirror Godzilla and his comrades freed her.
  • Serial Killer: Has murdered multiple ponies, changelings, and deer in her studies.
  • Villainous Friendship: Seems to genuinely enjoy hanging out with and chatting with Battra Lea.
  • Villain Team-Up: After being freed, she joined forces with the evil Kaiju to try to conquer Equestria in exchange for getting her empire back.

    Mirror King Sombra

Mirror King Sombra

    Mirror Diamond Tiara

Mirror Diamond Tiara

  • Entertainingly Wrong: She assumes Jeog is a displaced Kaiju, not a native Gumiho.
  • Evil Doppelgänger: Inverted relative to the main universe's Diamond Tiara.
  • Fatal Flaw: She's always trying to solve problems herself instead of consulting adults.
  • Foil: The main universe Diamond Tiara is rich and haughty, while she is poor and humble.
  • Morality Pet: To both Mirror Destroyah and Jeog.
  • Perpetual Poverty: Her family is dirt poor. She aims to correct this by studying so she can be a business pony when she grows up.

    Mirror Silver Spoon

Mirror Silver Spoon

    Mirror Ditzy Doo

Mirror Ditzy Doo

  • Badass Bookworm: She's a librarian and the Element of Wisdom, and not afraid to fight the forces of evil.
  • Boxing Battler: She fights with a boxing style and says she was a boxer back in college.
  • Married to the Job: Destroyah comments she is too devoted to her duties and doesn't know how to relax.

    Mirror Gentle Leaf

Mirror Gentle Leaf

  • Cute Mute: Just like her main universe version.
  • The Quiet One: Unlike her counterpart, it turns out she can talk, she just doesn't do it very often.
  • Shrinking Violet: She is very shy, unlike her counterpart.

    Mirror Jeog

Mirror Jeog

  • Apathy Killed the Cat: She is not really interested in learning about her species and origins.
  • An Arm and a Leg: Ki Seong cuts off one of her nine tails, which weakens her significantly.
  • Because You Were Nice to Me:
    • Became devoted to Cho Yun after he was the first member of his family to actually talk to and get to know her instead of just treating her like a watcher and guardian.
    • Becomes devoted to Diamond Tiara for being her first friend after Cho Yun.
  • Blue-and-Orange Morality: She doesn't really understand conventional morality, though she is slowly learning about friendship thanks to Diamond Tiara.
  • Boxing Lessons for Superman: Cho Yun taught her the martial art Way of the Open Heart.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: She was a childhood friend of Cho Yun and his family. Eventually, Ki Seong found out about her and a struggle ensued that ended in Cho Yun's death. Ki Seong has been hunting her ever since.
  • Do Not Call Me "Paul": She doesn't like to mention the original name Cho Yun gave her, Chingu, because it is painful to hear it now that he's dead. After some Character Development, she accepts the name.
  • Evil Doppelgänger: Inverted relative to the main universe's Jeog.
  • Fantastic Foxes: Her true form is a Gumiho, a nine-tailed fox spirit.
  • Fish out of Water: She barely knows anything about how society works.
  • A Form You Are Comfortable With: Mostly interacts with the ponies with an illusion of a filly.
  • Guardian Entity: She was this to Cho Yon's family, but fled when Cho Yun died and Ki Seong started hunting her.
  • Interspecies Romance: She tried to mate with her friend Cho Yun, but only managed to kiss him before he firmly told her no.
  • Intrigued by Humanity: Why she keeps being drawn to mortals.
  • Literal-Minded: She doesn't really get metaphors and figures of speech. To her, only things she can see, hear, taste, smell, and feel are real.
  • Master of Illusion: In addition to disguising herself, she can project entire scenarios like scenes from her past around an area.
  • My Species Doth Protest Too Much: Doesn't seem to get along with others of her species.
  • No Need for Names: She didn't really understand the concept of names at first, but later accepted one.
  • Only Known By Her Nickname: "Jeog", which means "enemy", is simply what Ki Seong called her. She hints she has an actual name Cho Yun gave her. It's "Chingu", which means "friend".
  • Red Baron: The Watcher in the Wind.
  • Worthless Yellow Rocks: While she slowly understands money can be used to trade for things like food, she doesn't really understand why ponies assign value to it.

    Mirror Ki Seong

Mirror Ki Seong

    Mirror Cho Yun

Mirror Cho Yun

  • Martial Pacifist: He was a skilled fighter, but prefers to find a peaceful solution and his fighting style, Way of the Open Heart, is passive and relies on turning an opponent's strength against them.
  • Mistaken for Cheating: Ki Seong caught him and Jeog kissing. She angrily left right before it was revealed Jeog initiated it and he refused.
  • Posthumous Character: He was killed several years ago and only appears in flashbacks.
  • Taking the Bullet: He was killed by taking a crossbow bolt Ki Seong fired at Jeog.

    Mirror Godzilla Junior

Mirror Godzilla Junior

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tmp_9172_not_the_junior_you_remember____by_faith_wolff_d9j1jze_534029882.png
"Flesh is solidified energy. Foolhardy to ignore one's proper place in the food chain. Even in this state."

  • Achilles' Heel: His focus on power over skill. He's extremely strong and has killed a lot of enemies, but has been shown to struggle against opponents that can match or exceed his power. Gojira (who is comparable in strength and superior in defense) came very close to killing him and mainly lost because of a fatal mistake, while Raiga's Super Mode (who was comparable to him in power and very skilled in close quarters combat) completely overwhelmed him in close quarters and is outright stated to have been able to kill him had she had a longer charge.
  • Attack Backfire: Gojira's attempt to finish him off with the "Kiss of Death" brought Junior back from the brink of death and super charged him.
  • Berserk Button: Don't ever mention Azusa Gojo's name around him.
  • Big Bad: Of Sound of Thunder.
  • Blood from the Mouth: After the beating that Raiga gave him in her Super Mode, he's left spitting up blood.
  • Blood Knight: He enjoys facing strong and challenging opponents. During his battle with Gojira, he stopped Battra Lea from assisting him as he wanted to follow it through to the end.
  • Breath Weapon: He can use the Atomic Breath and immediately transition it into the more powerful Red Spiral Ray.
  • But for Me, It Was Tuesday: Mocks Mirror Xenilla by claiming not to remember the names of Xenilla's friends he's killed.
  • Cain and Abel: Very clearly the "Cain" to Mirror!Xenilla's "Abel". Interestingly though it seems like it's the Abel in this duo that seems deadset on killing the Cain, Mirror!Godzilla wants them to team up.
  • Carnivore Confusion: Unlike his counterpart, this Godzilla hasn't given up eating physical food in favor of an energy diet. And despite being an omnivorous species now in a herbivorous body, he still eats meat. Considering said meat was a deer from the Thicket kingdom and was sentient, this full on crosses into I'm a Humanitarian territory.
  • Combat Pragmatist: While he enjoys testing his power against strong opponents, his go to strategy against beings he knows are more powerful than him is to call in his allies and use teamwork against them. He also has zero qualms about attacking a downed and weakened foe. He then fires his Red Spiral Ray at civilians, knowing Raiga would shield them and take the damage.
  • Composite Character: Contrasting to Main Universe Godzilla Junior being influenced by the late Showa age version, Word of God states Mirror Junior has a basis in the GMK incarnation.
  • Crazy-Prepared: He arranged for Queen Cadenza to teleport him to safety should he lose against Raiga.
  • Entertainingly Wrong: The heroic Raiga's personality and memories don't match the Raiga he knows. He concludes she is a Changeling.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Unlike the main universe Godzilla, he acknowledges Xenilla as his brother and just seems disappointed that he opposes him instead of joining him. He also seems close to his world's Raiga, which is why he got so angry when it became clear that the heroic Raiga is not her.
  • Evil Cannot Comprehend Good: He cannot understand why Mirror Xenilla wants to help and protect people and considers him a misguided fool for it.
  • Evil Counterpart: To the main universe Godzilla and to his world's Xenilla.
  • Freudian Excuse: His Azusa Gojo was a cruel witch to him and his birth mother abandoned his egg, making him the polar opposite to his prime self.
  • From Nobody to Nightmare: Presumably started out just like the Junior we know as a harmless infant. And then that infant grew up into this...
  • Genius Bruiser: He's extremely intelligent, able to come up with contingency plans should he be beaten in battle. However, this only applies to planning, he's actually inferior to his prime self in actual combat skill and strategy, relying more on sheer strength.
  • Good Hair, Evil Hair: His fur and mane is noticeably more jagged and scruffier than the Main Universe Junior. A slightly longer spot on his chin even looking a bit like a short beard.
  • Good Scars, Evil Scars: While it's unknown if he has as many as the Main Universe Junior, he does sport some nicks and slash marks over his brow and snout; as well as a very large keloid on his torso (according to Word of God, he received it from Mirror Destroyah). And unlike the Main Universe Junior, his scars are obvious at all times in both his kaiju and equine form.
  • Hero Killer: While "hero" is a stretch, he killed the mirror universe's Gojira; who was a neutral-good incarnation of the character. He also killed a long list of Xenilla's friends, all of them heroes.
  • I Shall Taunt You: Even when beaten to an inch of his life by Xenilla, he won't stop mocking him for all the friends he's lost, and tells Xenilla his nightmare continues when he's teleported to safety.
  • Knight of Cerebus: The moment he shows up, "Sound of Thunder" gets a lot darker.
  • Macho Masochism: When Battra Lea asks him to take a bath because he's covered with blood and stinks, he instead painfully burns off his fur with his atomic breath and lets his Healing Factor then grow new fur in seconds.
  • Mythology Gag: The scar on his torso resembles the one given to the Tokyo SOS incarnation.
  • Nice Job Fixing It, Villain: A stray blast from him blew up Battra Lea and Empress Cadance's laboratory just as they were about to extract Starlight Glimmer's horn, allowing her to escape.
  • Off with His Head!: Inflicted one on his world's version of Gojira, intentionally dropping on top of the larger kaiju's neck with his back spines extended.
  • Pragmatic Villainy: He wants as many strong allies as possible to consolidate his hold on the world, and to help him defeat opponents he cannot beat on his own. So he offers any new Kaiju he meets an opportunity to join him.
  • Psychic Radar: A Godzillasaurus has a "homing sense" that allows them to detect others of their kind. He was able to detect Raiga's presence shortly after she arrived in the Mirror Universe.
  • Red Baron: Tyrant King of the Monsters.
  • Self-Made Orphan: If one still counts the mirror universe's Azusa Gojo as his parent, we learn the encounter in San Francisco ended very differently in his timeline. Namely he vaporized Azusa along with the Golden Gate bridge.
  • The Social Darwinist: He considers himself and his allies the top of the food chain, with their strength giving them the right to do whatever they want. Although there are a few heroes more powerful than him like Mirror Destroyah and Mirror DesGhidorah, he still considers himself better than them because he's intelligent enough to use teamwork against them.
  • The Sociopath: Godzilla Junior in the main universe is a heroic soul who fought to his last breath to keep a city he barely knew, Canterlot, safe. This guy is his moral polar opposite.
  • Smug Super: Since he's so powerful, he takes being called a king seriously and looks down on everyone, swaggering like he owns the world.
  • Unskilled, but Strong: According to Tarbtano, the evil Junior actually edges out the good Junior in terms of sheer power (among other things being able to use the Red Spiral Ray which Raiga has confirmed she's never seen her Junior doing) but is not as adept as wielding all his atomic based powers as the good Junior. This is because instead of training, he focused on simply maximizing his power by regularly attacking and draining power plants. This also shows during his fight with Raiga (who in comparison is a much more skilled hand-to-hand fighter): he overwhelms her while he has the power edge and even she didn't expect to have a chance of fighting back. However, once she accesses her Super Mode and can match his sheer power, she completely overwhelms him in close quarters with more skillful attacks and punch combos while his counterattacks consist of frenzied slashes and throwing nuclear power at her.
  • Unstoppable Rage: After mistaking Raiga for a Changeling infiltrator, and after she mistakenly refers to Asuza Gojo as his mother, he roars that she will die for this insult and attacks her. He's so berserk with rage that he doesn't even notice Raiga using her powers and proving she's not a Changeling.
  • Victory by Endurance: While Raiga manages to deliver a hell of a beatdown on him once she accessed her Super Mode she ultimately exhausted all of her power in the process and reverted back to Equestrian form unconscious while Godzilla was still standing with just enough power that he would have still killed both Raiga and Starlight with one last Atomic Breath if it wasn't for Mirror Xenilla showing up just in time. It's even explicitly stated that had Raiga had a longer charge, she likely would have killed him.
  • We Can Rule Together: He makes this offer to any new, strong Kaiju he meets. Anyone who refuses goes on his kill list. That said Raiga had sufficiently pissed him off that he throws this idea out the window and goes right for the murder option.

    Battra Lea

Battra Lea

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/battra_lea_by_faith_wolff_d9cfue5png.jpg
"Well well, seems fortune favors the progressive. I come to pick you up, and I end up finding two things we've been looking for."

  • Chronic Backstabbing Disorder: It's implied that this would eventually be the case with her. Though she has allies in Mirror Godzilla and Empress Cadenza, her goal to exterminate all life would require that she kill them as well at some point.
  • The Dragon: Is pretty clearly Mirror Godzilla's confidant and second in command.
  • Dramatic Irony: Has not realized Raiga is not the one from her universe, and assumes she simply grew more assertive.
  • Evil Doppelgänger: To Mothra Lea.
  • Evil Mentor: Encourages Mirror Ki Seong's actions against Mirror Jeog, and hopes to recruit her.
  • For the Evulz: Starlight Glimmer asks why she's trying to kill her and Duchess Crysalis; did they do anything to offend her? She answers that they did nothing; she wants to kill them because she just sees that as her purpose and doesn't make it personal.
  • Mad Scientist: She's the head of an experiment that requires powerful Unicorns to perform alongside Cadenza. It involves extracting their horns to harness their magic.
  • Omnicidal Maniac: She inherited from her parents Mirror Mothra's obsession with wiping out all mortals and Mirror Battra's obsession with wiping out the biosphere. As such, she styles herself as "The Ultimate Scorpion"note  whose very nature is to destroy all life.
  • Pragmatic Villainy:
    • She objects to Mirror Godzilla eating meat because it is messy and feeding by absorbing energy is more efficient.
    • While she is sadistic, she knows the value of not dragging out fights needlessly.
  • The Sociopath: Considering she's the polar opposite of Mothra Lea and her casual, more annoyed than disgusted reaction to Godzilla's choice of sentient food; she's probably just as immoral as he is. In fact, she's even more so. Her goal is to exterminate all life, and thus she doesn't bat an eye at the thought of committing mass murder on a planetary scale.
  • Straw Nihilist: She says the natural order of all things is to end, and she is just speeding up the process.
  • Telepathy: She can communicate and read minds, but she says it is easier to read surface thoughts.
  • The Tease: Constantly flaunts her body and whispers seductively to Junior.
  • Unholy Matrimony: She definitely seems to have the hots for Mirror Godzilla.
  • Villainous Breakdown: She goes berserk when Destroyah points out she doesn't do a good job at her self-proclaimed purpose, considering she's failed at it on two worlds.
  • Villainous Friendship: Seems to genuinely enjoy hanging out with and chatting with Empress Cadenza.
  • Villainous Lineage: She's a born Omnicidal Maniac: she got her mother's obsession with wiping out all mortals and her father's of wiping out the biosphere.

    Mirror Raiga

Mirror Raiga

  • The Ghost: Since she's currently on Mirror Terra, she doesn't appear in person and is talked about by the others.
  • Morality Pet: Mirror Godzilla seems to care for her, given how eager he was to meet the heroic Raiga when he thought she was her.
  • Shrinking Violet: She's very meek and submissive.
  • Token Good Teammate: She's reluctant to hurt and kill others, and only follows Godzilla out of obligation.

    Mirror Xenilla

Mirror Xenilla

  • And This Is for...: While beating up Godzilla, he calls out, "Gaira, Megaguirus, Obsidious, Zedus, Dr. Orga, Orka, Krystalak, Varan, Dr. Katagiri,-" "-Biollante, Zigra, Guiron, Dagahra, Pulgasari, the whole of Sydney, Boston, and Tokyo!"
  • Anti-Hero: Has a bad temper and default mood is "angry and disgruntled", but he is trying to help others by taking out the bigger threats and avenge his fallen friends.
  • Big Damn Heroes: Blocks Godzilla's Atomic Breath before it would have fried Starlight Glimmer and Raiga.
  • Big Good: Leads the heroic Kaiju in defending Equestria.
  • Evil Doppelgänger: Inverted relative to the main universe Xenilla.
  • Glasgow Grin: He has a scar and missing tusk on his left cheek.
  • Good Counterpart: To his world's Godzilla.
  • Hair-Trigger Temper: Unlike his Main Universe counterpart who is usually quite calm and reserved, this guy runs on a short fuse.
  • It's All My Fault: He blames himself for the list of friends and innocents Godzilla has killed, because he didn't kill Godzilla as a child before he became a threat.
  • Knighting: At some point in the past, Duchess Chrysalis knighted him for helping save Canterlot, so the Equestrians refer to him as "Sir Xenilla".
  • No-Holds-Barred Beatdown: Delivers one to the Mirror Godzilla, who was severely wounded by Raiga and couldn't defend himself.
  • Psychic Radar: A Godzillasaurus has a "homing sense" that allows them to detect others of their kind. However, Empress Cadenza put an enchantment on the villains' hideout so he cannot locate it.
  • Unstoppable Rage: He goes completely berserk on Mirror Godzilla, which gets even worse when the villain escapes.

    Mirror Destroyah

Mirror Destroyah

  • Anger Born of Worry: She gets upset with Diamond Tiara for foolishly keeping Jeog a secret.
  • Beware the Nice Ones: Despite being a Nice Girl and Cool Big Sis, she's not to be underestimated. According to Word of God, she's the one who scarred Mirror Junior's chest.
  • Blood Knight: A trait she has in common with her main world counterpart, though it's toned down greatly and it's only if for a good cause.
  • Cloudcuckoolander: Contrasting with the Destroyah we all know, she's much more energetic and a bit nutty.
  • Cool Big Sis: Acts as one to children, namely the mirror world's Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon, and towards Mirror Xenilla.
  • Evil Doppelgänger: Inverted relative to the main universe Destroyah.
  • For Want Of A Nail: A major factor in her more heroic outlook is her being raised by Azumi.
  • Friend to All Children: Gets along great with the mirror world's Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. Being raised by a child probably has something to do with this.
  • Genius Bruiser: She apparently has medical knowledge, and helped treat Raiga's injuries.
  • Hidden Depths: Played for Laughs, but she apparently has medical knowledge.
  • Knighting: At some point in the past, Duchess Chrysalis knighted her for helping save Canterlot, so the Equestrians refer to her as "Dame Destroyah".
  • Mama Bear: She won't let anything happen to her Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon.
  • Nice Girl: While her bloodthirstiness pops up ever so often, she's still definitely a heroine and a kind one at that.
  • Raised by Humans: According to the timeline, she was adopted by a young child named Azumi who raised her with kindness, making her much more gentle and kind than her prime self.

Mirror Human Power Ponies World

    Mirror Gigan

Mirror Gigan

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/organic_gigan_by_pyrus_leonidas_d9loioe.png
"Well my good looks aren't the only thing that knocked them on their *** ***es."

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/mirror_gigan.PNG
His human form.

  • Blood Knight: Does his jobs because he likes busting heads.
  • Breaking the Fourth Wall: Often makes comments of this nature, even on his own bio, where he gets angry at Tarbtano for pointing out his weaknesses.
  • Chainsaw Good: In addition to his belly buzzsaw in his true form, in his human form he manages to convert his left arm into the double chainsaw from Godzilla: Final Wars.
  • Destructive Savior: Landmarks tend to be destroyed when he's on the job.
  • Eye Beams: He makes liberal use of this ability, though it can end up draining his reserves.
  • Epic Flail: He can replace one of his hook hands with a spiked mace on a retractable chain.
  • Evil Doppelgänger: Inverted. His main universe counterpart is called on to invade other worlds. He's called on to defend worlds. That said, he's an asshole compared to his counterpart.
  • Expy: His personality is based on Lobo and he uses some of his catch phrases like "Frag".
  • Foil: To his main universe counterpart. Main!Gigan is used to invade other worlds, but does so because his employers keep his body maintained while Mirror!Gigan is called to defend worlds, but does so because he loves fighting. Main!Gigan is (usually) calm and professional while Mirror!Gigan is usually a Large Ham Jerkass to the people around him (including the author). However, despite their personalities, they both have some capacity to care. Main!Gigan after being mauled by Kaizer Ghidorah, had his damaged organic parts replaced with cybernetic parts that cannot self-regenerate. Mirror!Gigan's cybernetic parts, due to the nanotechnology in his system, can self-repair themselves. Also, design wise, Main!Gigan's appearance is based off the kaiju's Millenium design while Mirror!Gigan's appearance is based the kaiju's Showa design.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: He's incredibly rude, but ultimately means well.
  • Megaton Punch: The "Hammer Arm" drastically increases the force of his next swing for this effect.
  • Nanomachines: Unlike his counterpart, his cybernetic enhancements are contained within his body in the form of nanotechnology. This allows his mechanical parts to self-repair.
  • Power Perversion Potential: He uses X-Ray Vision to see Mane-iac without her clothes.
  • Red Baron: The Nebulan Ranger.
  • Required Secondary Powers: He needs to consume metal to provide raw materials for his self-repair function. It's not instantaneous either.
  • Sir Swears-a-Lot: A lot of his dialogue is censored. Exaggerated when he somehow says a swear word so long the *** marks go out of the text box.
  • Super-Strength: In human form, he is strong enough to pick up and throw a car, and while he's not as strong as Saddle Rager, he can trade punches with her.
  • Teleportation: He can teleport short distances.

    Mirror Mane-iac

Mirror Mane-iac/Mica "Marilyn" Hackett

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/mirror_mane_iac.PNG
"No I do not fight crime in heels."

  • Acquired Poison Immunity: She's immune to the chemicals found in the vat she nearly drowned in now.
  • Amazonian Beauty: After Gigan uses X-Ray Vision to see through her clothes, he assures her that she is hot with well toned muscle.
  • Appropriated Appellation: Formed her superhero name after the evil Mirror Fili-Second made fun of her hair and called her crazy.
  • Cool Car: In the human world, she drives a reinforced, gadget-filled car called Black Beauty.
  • Crimefighting with Cash: While she does have superpowers, she also takes advantage of her wealth to equip herself and her hideout with high tech gear.
  • Evil Doppelgänger: Inverted relative to her main universe counterpart, naturally.
  • Expy: Of Batman, The Green Hornet, Moon Knight, as well as heroic mirror universe versions of The Joker like Red Hood and the Jester.
  • Feel No Pain: Downplayed. Her sense of touch is diminished, meaning it takes something strong to actually hurt her.
  • Foil: To the main universe Mane-iac. Whereas Main!Mane-iac is a menace to Maretropolis and lost her sanity after falling into the chemical vat on accident, Mirror!Mane-iac is the city's main protector and stayed mostly sane, if paranoid, after being forcefully drowned in a chemical vat. Their body and suit colors have also been switched around.
  • For Want Of A Nail: Besides not being electrocuted when exposed to the substance that gave her her powers like her main universe counterpart apparently was, Matter-Horn says something about the bombs filled with the chemical that implies that the chemical was less concentrated than it was in the main universe, which is why she managed to ultimately stay sane.
  • Freakiness Shame: She is very ashamed of her scars. Gigan says she still looks hot.
  • Honest Corporate Executive: While reclusive after her mutation, she's nice enough to know all her core employees by name.
  • Innate Night Vision: Her mutation enhanced her eyesight, allowing her to see in the dark. This also means she has to wear eye protection during the day to avoid being blinded by light.
  • No Good Deed Goes Unpunished: Her mutation was the result of going to investigate suspicious activity at a factory of hers where the Malice Mares had enslaved the workers as part of their schemes.
  • Non-Indicative Name: Unlike her main universe counterpart, this version of Mane-iac is mostly sane (if paranoid) after the event that gave her her powers.
  • Power Dyes Your Hair: She went from pink colored with a blue mane to green colored with a magenta mane after her mutation. She can change it back when she is in her secret identity, but it takes concentration to maintain.
  • Prehensile Hair: Her main power. Her hair is fireproof, acid-proof, nearly impossible to rip out, and can lift about two tons, but is vulnerable to being cut.
  • Red Baron: The Defender of Maretropolis.
  • Required Secondary Powers: She has enhanced eyesight that allows her to see in the dark, but lacks the ability to adjust her eyes to keep herself from being blinded by light which means that she has to wear eye protection.
  • Scarf of Asskicking: Part of her costume. It's meant to distract her opponents and stop them from hitting her vitals, and is easily detached if grabbed.
  • Scars Are Forever: Her near-drowning in the chemical vat left her with some burn scars.
  • Seen It All: She says she's traveled to other worlds in the past, including the pony version of her world, so meeting strange beings like Gigan is not that surprising.
  • Statuesque Stunner: In her human form, she's 6'0''.
  • Stealth Hi/Bye: Often does this to her contacts.
  • Super-Strength: She's a lot stronger than the average mare/woman, but not to exaggerated levels.
  • Voluntary Shapeshifting: Can change her skin and hair colors with focus, which she uses to pass herself off as her pre-accident self when needed.

    Malice Mares

Malice Mares

Masked Matter-Horn

  • An Ice Person: Her preferred use of her power. She can encase entire city blocks in ice.
  • Ax-Crazy: Obsessed with destroying Mane-iac, no matter how many people get hurt in the process.
  • Foe Romance Subtext: One-sided on her part. She seems to be obsessed with Mane-iac, and considers her beautiful. When Mane-iac is briefly captured, she tears off part of her costume and strokes her scars.
  • Playing with Fire: Uses a wave of heat to help escape her bonds at one point.
  • Squishy Wizard: Mane-iac comments that she's reliant on her powers and is not good at direct combat.
