    Alicia

Alicia

Played by: Valerie Azlynn

A former tenant of the apartment on the floor Sheldon, Leonard and Penny.

  • Always Someone Better: She has a more successful acting career than Penny and is considered more attractive than her. She is also implied to be a better fighter.
  • Dude Magnet: She quickly manages to get all the guys except Sheldon pining for her.
  • Evil Cannot Comprehend Good: When Penny calls her out on using her sex appeal to make the guys wait on her hand and foot, she fails to see what’s wrong with that.
  • False Friend: Unlike Penny, she's only nice to the guys so they’ll do things for her.
  • Foil: To Penny:
    • Penny is friends with the guys while Alicia looks to them only for favors.
    • Alicia is suggested to be a gold digger when she asks Penny about how much the guys make, implying she would have dated them for money.
    • While both of them are actresses, Alicia is more successful than Penny.
    • Penny is more moral as she cares about the guys.
  • Girly Bruiser: She's heavily implied to have kicked Penny's ass when the two of them had a Cat Fight.
  • Gold Digger: Implied. She once asked Penny how much the guys make, which hints that she would've hooked up with them for money.
  • Jerkass: She shamelessly flirts with the guys to get favors out of them and gets into a fight with Penny when she calls her out on it.
  • Sleeping with the Boss: She has sex with one of the producers on CSI in what's implied to be an attempt to boost her acting career.
  • Statuesque Stunner: She's much taller than Penny, Leonard, Raj, and Howard and is almost as tall as Sheldon.

    Theodore

Theodore

Played by: Christopher Lloyd

Sheldon’s temporary roommate for whom Sheldon rents out his room for $1 a night while Sheldon bickers with Leonard over dividing their property in Season 10.

    Jimmy Speckerman

Jimmy Speckerman

Played by: Lance Barber

"You really know your way around the kitchen, Nancy."

Leonard's high school bully.

  • The Bully: He bullied Leonard in high school.
  • Fat Bastard: He's an overweight bully.
  • For the Evulz: He bullied Leonard in high school just because he thought it was funny.
  • Hate Sink: He bullied Leonard all through high school just for fun, and as an adult, he’s still the same ass he was in high school.
  • Jaded Washout: In high school, he was popular. As an adult, he’s poor and admits while drunk that he’s a loser.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Jerk: When he wakes up after apologizing to Leonard, he has no recollection of having done so and acts rude to him, showing that he is exactly this and only apologized because he was drunk.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: Seeing what a jerk he was in high school (and the fact that he’s still a jerk after growing up), it’s fitting that he’s grown up to be a loser with no future.
  • You Look Familiar: His portrayer, Lance, Barber, goes on to play Sheldon's father George Cooper Sr. in The Big Bang Theory spinoff Young Sheldon.

    Dennis Kim

Played by: Austin Lee

"Ooh, look. Chocolate milk."

15 year-old child prodigy from North Korea who is much smarter than Sheldon.

  • Always Someone Better: Towards Sheldon. Dennis can immediately tell Sheldon's string theory research is a dead end, his quantum loop corrections are erroneous and he beat Sheldon for the record of youngest person to win the Stevenson Award.
  • Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny!: He may have an abnormally high IQ, but he's not well concentrated on task. He can get easily distracted by chocolate milk and beautiful women.
  • Child Prodigy: He is exactly this since he is only 15 years old and doing graduate work.
  • Disproportionate Retribution: He becomes a victim of this from Leonard, Raj and Howard for making Sheldon even more annoying as they lure him into falling for a blonde girl (Emma) who influences him to start drinking alcohol and making out with her instead of studying and pursuing a career in physics.
  • Lesser of Two Evils: Leonard first roots for him to win when he keeps showing off to Sheldon how much smarter and better merited he (Dennis) is.
  • Teen Genius: Being only 15 years old and doing graduate work, he is this big time.

    Oliver Lorvis

Oliver Lorvis

Played by: Billy Bob Thornton

A urologist with many celebrity clients and who develops a crush on Penny

  • Basement-Dweller: He still lives with his mother despite being in his fifties.
  • Foil: He mirrors all four of the male characters, essentially representing how they would have turned out if they never met Penny and the other girls.
    • Like Sheldon, he has a poor understand of jokes and generally has bad social skills. However by Season 8 Sheldon had made enough progress that he was making jokes that Lorvis didn't understand, while being baffled when Lorvis laughed at something he said that wasn't a joke.
    • Like Leonard, he seems to have had very little physical contact in his life to the point he counts in mississippi's when a woman touches him as well, as well as generally standing around in an awkward manner. However Leonard had improved since then to be more comfortable around people and even back in Season 2 he only counted for things like hugging, while Lorvis counts even when a woman is simply touching his arm.
    • Like Raj, he develops crushes with any woman he believes is showing him interest while being desperate for love. Unlike Raj however, Lorvis views any positive interaction as romantic interest, and is so desperate for love he would literally accept anyone.
    • Like Howard, he's an adult man living with his mother and collects memorabilia, thinking that will help him attract women. However Howard had developed to the point he no longer saw any similarities between himself and Lorvis, much to Raj's surprise, and having lived with with his mother for much longer Lorvis has clearly become more depressed than Howard ever was.
  • Desperately Craves Affection: Lorvis just wants to be loved, but he's so desperate for it that he firmly believes that any positive interaction with a woman could lead to a romantic relationship.
