    The Narrator
The iconic narrator of The Stanley Parable. Not really. He's actually a random guy from the game "Party Hard" who has taken over the Narrators booth and uses his position to find new test subjects for GLaDOS.
  • Ascended Extra: He used to be just a random NPC from "Party Hard" by the name of Employee 207. After Jack actually failed to kill him, his job became meaningless to him and he decided to look around for a new line of work.
  • Heel–Face Turn: When he realizes GLaDOS merely considers him another test subject, he decides to help Team Possepticeye instead.
  • Not So Above It All: He tries to make himself seem aloof and sophisticated, but whenever things don't go his way he throws a tantrum.
  • Stuffy Brit: Just like the Narrator in the actual game, he talks with a heavy Britsh accent. Subverted in that the accent is fake and he's not even really British.

    GLaDOS
The robotic overseer of Aperture Laboratories.
  • Big Brother Is Watching: She watches the team complete the tests through cameras and occasionally Employee 207.
  • Black Comedy: She excels in it.
  • Creepy Monotone: Her default mode of speaking.
  • Eviler than Thou: Does this to Employee 207 when he tries to rebel against her.
  • Using You All Along: She made Employee 207 believe that he was her partner and right-hand-man, when in reality she thought of him as nothing but another test subject

     The Boss
Upon entering the computer, Jacksepticeye split into Jack and Seán. Seán has become disillusioned with being a YouTuber, viewing his followers as Loving a Shadow. He attempts to stop the protagonists from leaving Wireland.
  • Antagonist Title: He is the title character and main villain.
  • Despair Event Horizon: When the team faces off against him at the exit, his mental state has gotten so bad he actually tries to murder Jack, believing that to be the only way to make people realize he is more than his online persona.
  • Hero of Another Story: "The BOSS is nothing" shows his side of the story. Turns out he, like Jack, was actually running around in Wireland, desperately looking for a way to save the subscribers.
  • Literal Split Personality: Of Jack Since they were split into two by the computer when they were uploaded.
  • Red Herring: The game hints the Boss is responsible for the subscribers disappearing. Billy is actually responsible. However, Seán doesn't seem particularly upset about this. In fact, he traps Jimmy and Cliff with the rest of subscribers upon meeting them.
  • Sour Outside, Sad Inside: He acts angry and fairly aggressive because he's tired of having to act like 'Jack' all the time around fans and he's afraid they won't care about him and will abandon him if he isn't that happy all the time.
