Adrian

A young man who is summoned to Melromarc to play the role of the Sword Hero.
  • The Ace: Due to Adrian's Canon Knowledge, he knew 4 Legendary Weapon enhancement method at the start of the series, his ruthless, paranoid, and no nonsense attitude makes an absolute monster in a fight, he became strong enough to kill Kyo, the Book Hero, within a month of arriving in Melromarc.
  • Attack! Attack! Attack!: Adrian's only real tactic in battle. Deconstructed slightly in that it works due to both his absurd attack power that is easily among the highest on his planet and because the Legendary Swords gives him a lot of variety in how he attacks along with sensory boosts to ensure that his attacks hit.
  • Beam Spam: Adrian's favored attack pattern is using dozens of projected swords to fire beams at his target. This is frequently supported by Swords being shot at his targets in the hundreds as well.
  • Combat Pragmatist: Adrian has little restraint during fights and regularly uses his most powerful attacks right off the bat. Most of the time it ends up killing his opponents instantly. When it doesn't he simply continues to use his attacks until his enemy has been neutralized. Examples include his fight against Kyo where he doesn't talk, takes advantage of the enemy's monologue and kills the Legendary Heroes being used as power sources without hesitation to maintain his advantage.
  • Fragile Speedster: In comparison to the other Legendary Heroes, Adrian has incredible speed.
  • Genre Savvy: Thanks to his canon knowledge, he is able to unlock four of the potential strengthening methods.
  • Glass Cannon: Among the Legendary Heroes. As the Sword Hero Adrian has incredible attack power but has weaker defenses than the other Legendary Heroes. Note that his defense is higher than Vassal Heroes of similar level.
  • No-Nonsense Nemesis: Due to his paranoid nature, Adrian will allow the enemy to monologue to recover then kill them when they let their guard down, he didn't even bother talking in the middle of battle, instead he use his strongest attack in the first blow and spam them as necessary, he even killed the heroes that Kyo used as living battery.
  • Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Adrian's tunnel vision when he fight Kyo, cause Naofumi and Isis to be dragged to another world.
  • The Paranoiac: Due to Adrian's knowledge of the world he was summoned in he ends up being stuck in a near perpetual state of paranoia and distrust to almost all natives of the new world. Looking for plots and schemes real or imagined in everything and everyone.
  • Person of Mass Destruction: In mere weeks after his summoning Adrian grew powerful enough to annihilate an entire border guard army in less than a day and kill a Vassal Hero powered by 10 other Heroes.
  • Properly Paranoid: Considering all the plots and attempts at manipulation going on Adrian is rightly paranoid about the natives he just turns it up to eleven hence the above trope of The Paranoiac.
  • Pyrrhic Victory: Adrian manages to kill Kyo, but lost Naofumi and his daughter Isis to a different world.
  • Unskilled, but Strong: Adrian has access to 4 out of 12 of the enhancement methods right off the bat allowing him access to a great deal of power within a very short period of time...but his ability to use this power is quite limited. His tactics mostly involve spamming his attacks with little restraint.
