Manic Pixie Dream Girl: Again, for her masters. Particularly for Nako in the second series. Her boundless energy and effort inspire Nako to break out of her shell.
Ms. Fanservice: Has the exposure, and she doesn't seem to mind as long you're Master.
Robot Girl: She was built as a steel angel by Dr. Ayanokouji.
Rose-Haired Sweetie: A really sweet and hyperactive girl.
Superpowered Evil Side: As a result of a demon in her Angel Heart, Kurumi sometimes lapses into a cold and more powerful fighter, and can shoot dark energy beams from her hands.
Undying Loyalty: To anyone who activates her, she pledges her loyalty and love, gender be damned.
Womanchild: Kurumi has the personality of a child.

Brainy Brunette: Is considerably more mature and serious than Kurumi.
Curtains Match the Window: She's a brunette and has brown eyes to match.
Killer Robot: As a result of forced activation, Saki had this mindset. She was made to fight Kurumi by Dr. Amagi. Thankfully, it doesn't stick.
Foil: To Kurumi. Saki is quiet, demure, and mature, Kurumi is cheerful, outgoing, and childish.
Nice Girl: The nicest and sweetest Steel Angel you can find.
True Blue Femininity: Her main color is blue.
Undying Loyalty: A trait all Steel Angels share, Saki is loyal and devoted to the one who activates her, even if some don't deserve such devotion.

Heel–Face Turn: At first, Karinka was antagonistic to Kurumi and friends. After being spared Kurumi's wrath, she switches sides to be with Nakahito.
Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Post Heel–Face Turn, while still a bit of jerk to the group at first, she remains loyal to them.
Sadist: During her bad guy phase, she really enjoyed battering and torturing Saki.
