- Meido: Forced to to dress up as one in Iku's route for the school festival in ~In Autumn~.
- Oblivious to Love: As per the rule for old school otome protagonists, she is completely oblivious to the affections of her male peers.
- Ordinary High-School Student: There’s almost nothing special about her except the fact she’s a girl in an all-boy school.
- The Smurfette Principle: The only girl in the entire school and, as a result, is often pursued by many of the other male students.
~In Spring~
CV: Hikaru Midorikawa
- ”Thank you, I wanted to tell only it.”
As a kid he was constantly teased for being half-French. He met Tsukiko when he was young, and because she was the only person who didn't make fun of him, he fell in love with her and asked his father to let him transfer to Seigatsu Academy in order to pursue her. Initially disdainful to everyone except Tsukiko, eventually, he learns the importance of having friends. His father hopes to work in America to develop a special astronomy project. His real name is Henri Samuel Jean Aimée.
- As Long as It Sounds Foreign: Henri Samuel Jean Aimée? What the hell, naming agency?
- But Not Too Foreign: He is half-French, with the French ancestry comes from his father, and was constantly teased for it in his childhood.
- The Casanova: Clings to Tsukiko whenever she's near. Kanata immediately flares up at his actions.
- Character Development: Has a little of this. He comes off pretty cold at first, but then eventually learns the importance of having friends.
- Cherry Blossoms: His story takes place in Spring, so it features a goddamn gratuitous amount of these pink fluttering flowers.
- Childhood Friends: With Tsukiko, the only person who didn't make fun of him for being half-French.
- Curtains Match the Window: Both his hair and eyes are of a red shade.
- Defrosting Ice King: When he meets with everyone again at the beginning of the school year, he is quite aloof and doesn’t have any intention to make friends. After a while, he learns the importance of friends and the bonds they share.
- French Jerk: Comes off as one at first due to how he is initially disdainful and hostile to everyone except Tsukiko. He gets better.
- Friendless Background: In his childhood, he had almost no one to play with as children of his age often poked fun at his mixed ancestry. The only person he managed to befriend then was Tsukiko.
- Friendly Rivalry: With Kanata. They don’t get off to a good start, constantly fighting and provoking one another, but eventually become friends after a plot divided by Suzuya and Tsukiko.
- Gratuitous French: Being half-French and all...
- Happily Married: The true ending epilogue ~In Spring~ and in ~After Spring~, when he returns to Japan after 5 years studying astronomy with his family in America.

- Victorious Childhood Friend: If you go for his true/good ending.

However, he refuses to seek medical help and often gets into school fights that worsen his health to protect Tsukiko.
- Cannot Spit It Out: Has had feelings for the heroine since childhood.

- Disappeared Dad: His dad died when he was 5 years old, due to the same illness that he passed on him.
- Don't You Dare Pity Me!: He hates being worried about, so the topic of his illness is one that is not spoken of around him. Everytime Suzuya calls him out on it saying he needs to go to the hospital to get it checked out, it pisses him off.
- Emotionally Tongue-Tied: Described as the typical tsundere, he is bad at expressing his emotions.
- Handicapped Badass: His illness often gets him in the worst of time. Luckily, he gets better in ~After Spring~.
