Star's Relatives:
Arthur 'Reginald' Butterfly
Star's long lost grandfather
- Gentle Giant: Arthur has been gentle around his daughter, Moon, and his granddaughter, Star. He's even been a friend to Kelly's family as well.
- Long-Lost Relative: In chapter 7, Star discovers that Arthur was her grandfather, Arthur Reginald Butterfly, who disappeared for many years before Star was born. Moon mentioned keeping in contact with her father via carrier birds.
- Mysterious Past: Arthur's past is somewhat of a mystery, mainly because he vanished from his daughter's life.
Jackie's Family:
Kayden 'Rex' Thomas
Jackie's father
- Like Father, Like Son: Or in this case, Like daughter. Jackie gains a lot of traits from her own dad, who does a lot of races and competitions involving sport like Surfing for example.
Ellie 'Mckenzie' Thomas

Amy 'Maria' Thomas
Jackie's older sister, and owner of the van
- Cool Big Sis: Amy is often defending her younger sister, Jackie, whenever and despite her mom claiming she did something wrong, such as stealing her van for example.
Joey Thomas

- Annoying Younger Sibling: Joey does tend to annoy Jackie every now and then, especially if it has something to do with using her skateboards.
Villainous Characters:
Glacianna 'Glacia' Lucitor
Tom's bitterly cold sister
- Big Brother Bully: Big Sister Bully in this case. Glacia is absolutely bitter and harsh towards Tom's friends and especially Star too. She doesn't even hesitate to attack anyone who speaks back at her, even going far as to insult them too.
- Evil Is Deathly Cold: Unlike Tom, Glacia is the polar opposite of him when it comes to both their powers. Tom ignites into flames whenever he gets angry, whereas Glacia freezes everything and everyone around her when she gets furious.
Krampus Lucitor
Tom's Uncle from his mother's side
- Black Market: Mentioned by Glacia in Chapter 7, Krampus does deals in the black market of the dark dimension, giving Toffee and his minions obsidian forged weapons.
- Evil Uncle: Krampus often comes across as evil, seeing as how he deals with Ludo and his minions
- Horns of Villainy: Krampus has horns, which is somewhat obvious.
Other Characters:
Faye the Fairy
A little kitten who tries to protect Star from danger.
- Cute Kitten: Faye is this. Unlike Baby, the magic evaluator, Faye cares about Star's safety.
- For Your Own Good: Faye and her friends do this several times to keep Star from going back to Earth by any means, even if it meant getting her in huge trouble and sending her to St Olgas.
- Guardian Angel: Despite her mischievous stunts, Faye and her friends mean well when it comes to keeping Star safe from danger.
Pegapup
One of Faye's friends
- Guardian Angel: Despite Faye's mischievous stunts, Pegapup and his friends mean well when it comes to keeping Star safe from danger.
- Pegasus: Hence a part of his name, Pegapup.
- Precious Puppy: Similar to Star's laser puppies, Pegapup is like them, only he's got wings like a pegasus and he doesn't shoot lasers from his eyes.
Kabutobot
- Clockwork Creature: Kabutobot is a golden, mechanical rhino beetle.
- Guardian Angel: Despite Faye's mischievous stunts, Kabutobot and it's friends mean well when it comes to keeping Star safe from danger.
