Main Characters

    Emmy
The protagonist and the main viewpoint of the quest. The Multiverse Emulator was a shard with the ability to scan the multiverse to copy any person she would ever want. The caveat is that it can't pick who.
  • Mentor Archetype: This is the role Emmy frequently takes up due to her capability of passing over any ability her emulation might have to Taylor through training.
    • "Training" to be more precise, as we find out later on that training was just a process that's done to smooth over the transfer process, and can essentially consist of anything that's generally related to what Emmy is passing over.
  • Only Known by Their Nickname: When asked by Taylor for her true name- instead of the man she's currently emulating- Emmy decided to introduce herself as M.E, which Taylor immediately misheard as Emmy. She's been stuck with the name ever since, not that she has any objections.

    Taylor Hebert

Nexus

The other protagonist of the Quest. Taylor is Emmy's host, partner, and student.

  • Big Good: After ABB threatened her father's life, Taylor went on a series of events that eventually has her and her team ousting every prominent gang in the city- even the new ones that sought to take their place- becoming Brockton Bay's ruler essentially in all but name. Her comparatively benevolent nature compared to every other ruling parahumans with the same position has made her an oddity, even if she does fill into their types through plenty of other ways.
  • Badass Teacher: Po's Dragon Warrior, while granting Taylor prodigious affinity to any martial art of physical activity, also lets her assess and bestow martial knowledge to other people. Her skills are so that she can tell what martial arts would be best suited for a specific person with a quick observation, and she quickly gets up to fighting form in just a matter of days if she chooses to train them.
  • Battle Aura: Taylor's Reishi- unlocked by Emmy's first form, Kenpachi Zaraki- takes on a form of a giant spider behind her if she lets it loose.
  • Blood Knight: has gotten a love of fighting from most of her projections, mainly Kenpachi and Sigurd.
  • Cargo Cult: Thanks to the God Guise, cults around Brockton bay have started to worship her. Thankful for small ones for now.
  • God Guise: Due to the feats she performed on her trip to Remnant, Taylor slowly started to acquire the reputation of being a burgeoning god- much to her dismay.
  • Hearing Voices: Taylor, through a collection of dreams reliving Ozma's life, eventually has his voice transferred into her head.
  • Rags to Riches: Taylor has, throughout the story, managed to get herself a nice load of cash from all the bounties of the villains that she has beat and sent off to prison. Once she gets the ability to semi revive the dead parahumans with slightly different twists on their powers, the PRT have offered her a million per revival.
  • Badass Transplant: Throughout the quest, Emmy's predilection on passing over her emulation's unique and desirable traits led to Taylor receiving things ranging from more nebulous, intangible traits like Kenpachi's murderous killer instincts, to something far more literal- like Sigurd's Dragon Heart.

The Oathbound

Taylor's team and burgeoning union so that no cape will be forced to join any side, either villain or hero, under outside pressure.

But as time went on, he went through a change of heart and became one of the Oathbound in truth. as he joined he gained a semblance from RWBY that makes him grow in size from happy feeling.
  • Empathic Shapeshifter: His power changes his face and body according to his basic perception of attractiveness which slightly changes every time he sees a new face to the point that even his friends have had trouble recognizing him.*
