She is the female protagonist of the first Pokémon Black and White, but in this story, she was once the legendary Queen W, who ruled the Nuvema Kingdom on the Moon during the Devonian Period (a.k.a. The Age of Fish) on Earth. When Ghetsis sent his Genesect back in time to destroy the Nuvema Kingdom, Her and the Sailor Scouts sacrifice their lives trying to defend their fair kingdom, but before succumbing to her fatal injuries, she uses the power of the Silver Crystal to wish for better futures for everyone on Earth. Alongside Tsumugi Kotobuki in her Sailor Scout form, Hilda is the strongest Sailor Scout physically.
