The Big Bad of Monster Carnival Island.- Abusive Parent: Hypnotizes Edgar!
- Animal Motif: Well, ravens.
- Non-Standard Character Design: When he reveals himself to be the villain, his eyes turn black with white pupils, unlike normal Poptropicains' white with black puplis. Also unlike other Poptropicans, he has a nose.
- Half-Human Hybrid: Half human, half raven.
- Faux Affably Evil
- Little Bit Beastly: Has raven wings, and feathers all over his body.

"Is any of that fried dough ready yet? I'm a demon for that stuff!"
- Big Eater: He loves eating fried foods.
- Trademark Favorite Food: Fried Dough.
- Missing Dad: If the Food Stand Worker really is his mother, his father is nowhere to be seen.
- Happily Adopted: He seems to like and trust the Ringmaster... at least, until end.
Survival Island
Myron Van Buren
"Run if you must, but I will catch you."
The Big Bad of Survival Island- Affably Evil: Despite hunting people down and trying to kill them, he's very friendly and polite.
- Ambiguously Brown: Subverted. If you look closely at his family tree, you can see his mother is dark skin and his father is white. It's implied he grew up in the UK, as he has a British accent and mannerisms.
- Berserk Button: When you disobey his direct orders, he will yell at you.
- Blood Knight: When the Player asks him why he wants to kill them, his reply is "The thrill of the hunt, my dear. All for the thrill of the hunt!"
- Catchphrase: Tally-ho!
- Companion Cube: Sleeps with a stuffed lion doll.
- Cruella to Animals: Really loves hunting animals, even endangered ones.
- The Determinator: Still attempts to kill the Player even when confronted by a raging bear.
- Eccentric Millionaire: His eccentrics are a bit... disturbing.
- Evil Brit: Is British, well, on his father's side.
- Evil Has a Bad Sense of Humor: Plays a joke on the Player, making them believe he hunted and killed his butler. He also makes a joke about his taxidermist.
- Van Buren: More shoddy work by my taxidermist. I should have *his* head, ha ha!
- Egomaniac Hunter: He himself apologizes to the Player for his vainglory.
- Hunting the Most Dangerous Game: Is later revealed he wants to do this to the Player character.
- Harmless Villain: As a contestant on Wild Safari Island, he plays by the rules and thankfully doesn't try to kill anyone.
- Mysterious Watcher: Watches the player with cameras throughout the first three parts.
- Offscreen Teleportation: Appears behind the Player and scares them into falling into their trap made for him.
- Stalker without a Crush: Watches the Player with cameras throughout the island.
- Terms of Endangerment: Refers to the Player as "dear friend" and "My dear".
- Would Hurt a Child: Like most Poptropica villains, except unlike the others he does it for fun instead of obligation.
Max Mc-Gullicutty
"Max Mc Gullicutty, at your service."
Van Buren's previous victim.- Artificial Limbs: Has a metal one to replace the one he presumably cut off.
- Cool Old Guy: Even with a missing leg, he still manages to avoid being caught by MVB and ride a bear to save you.
Winston
"Charmed."
Van Buren's loyal butler.- Deadpan Snarker: His response to Van Buren's practical joke could be seen as this.
- Evil Brit
- Evil Has a Bad Sense of Humor: Responds to Van Buren's practical joke with "Quite droll, sir."
- Side Kick: To MVB.
Isabella
"Time to say goodnight!"
Van Buren's chef.- Ax-Crazy: Parodied. She makes remarks such as, "How do you want it? Bloody?" and "Time to say goodnight!" while holding up her huge knife. These phrases are, however, misunderstandings.
