Various minor characters on the show with no strong affiliations to any particular group.
Bobby
- Played by: Diana Salvatore
The bartender at a bar Sarah and Felix frequent.
- Deadpan Snarker

- Tomboyish Name: A girl named Bobby.
Colin
- Played by: Nicholas Rose
The morgue attendant responsible for taking care of Beth's body. He soon starts dating Felix.
- The Bus Came Back: Appears briefly in season 2, then not again until the final episodes of the final season to rekindle his romance with Felix.
- Chekhov's Gunman/Small Role, Big Impact: During their investigation, he's made to give Art and Angie information about Sarah and Felix.
- Happily Married: In Orphan Black: The Next Chapter, he is married to Felix.
- Interrupted Intimacy: Just as he and Felix are about to have sex, Paul and some Dyad cronies burst in and force him to leave.
- Nice Guy: According to Felix at least.
- Satellite Character: To Felix.
- Straight Gay: In contrast to Felix's Camp Gay.
Ramon
- Played by: Alex Ozerov
An employee at a local chain store who sells questionable items out of the trunk of his car.
- Friend in the Black Market: To Alison. He sells her drugs and an unregistered gun.
- Mr. Fanservice: He's a rather handsome young man.
- Nice Guy: He's very upbeat and polite.
- Secret-Keeper: While delivering the gun to Felix's apartment, he sees Sarah and Cosima, meaning he knows about three of the clones. The flashbacks in 4x01 also saw him briefly meet Beth.
- Unusual Euphemism: Drugs are "little helpers" and guns are "peacemakers".
Yvonne
- Played by: Raven Dauda
A mentor at the rehab facility that Alison gets sent to.
- Brutal Honesty: When dealing with Alison, she uses this approach to convince her that she has to participate in the programs.
- Sassy Black Woman
Barry and Brenda
- Played by: Rob deLeeuw and Nora McLellan
Two old friends of Mrs. S, Sarah and Felix whom they stayed with when they first moved to Canada.
- Character Death: They're both shot dead by Mrs. S in order to protect Sarah and Kira.
- Les Collaborateurs: They have defected to the Proletheans' side after "finding God". Mrs. S. quickly wises up to this.
- The Confidant: Both of them play this role for Mrs. S. and they both betray her trust.
- Et Tu, Brute?: When Brenda pulls a gun on Mrs. S.
- Heel–Faith Turn: They became Proletheans.
- Impaled Palm: Mrs. S. immobilizes Brenda by pinning her to the dining-room table with a knife and fork though each hand.
- Old Friend: They've known Mrs. S. for years and have had many adventures with her.
Willard Finch
- Played by: Nicholas Campbell
An old family friend of the Johanssens who may have held valuable information about Project Castor.
- Character Death: The pain of his torture causes him to have a fatal heart attack.
- Fingore: Gets his finger crushed by Mark.
- The Fundamentalist: Subverted. Against audience expectation and despite his close association with the Proletheans, he shows no sign of being a fanatic (although he does have a Confederate flag prominently displayed in his barn).
- Jack Bauer Interrogation Technique: Mark ties him up and crushes his finger with a hammer to get information on the biological samples that Henrik stole years ago. The trope is subverted/deconstructed when he dies of a heart attack before he can convey any useful information whatsoever.
- Red Herring: He doesn't have any of the Castor original biological samples, and despite Gracie insinuating that he's a dangerous man, he died helplessly in the same episode he was introduced in.
David Benchman
- Played by: Tom Barnett
A military informant and overseer of Castor's operations.
- Affably Evil
- Corrupt Politician
- Karma Houdini: We never see him suffer any consequences for assisting Coady in her sterilization research and getting Paul killed.
- Plausible Deniability: The guidebook Classified Clone Reports, released a week after the series finale, reveals that he disavowed his connection to Project Castor in order to protect himself.
- The Confidant: Paul trusts him enough to report Coady's misdeeds to him. Turns out his trust was misplaced. Benchman and his bosses are supporting Coady's research and order Paul's death.
