    Adrian

A thinblood vampire in the Vt M:5e game played by One 20 Enterprises. After being murdered and turned by Doreen, Adrian set up a scam to cover his hunger, charging people for medicinal blood letting at his business, the Scarlett Letting, and then drinking the blood he took.

After meeting Navalia at her job at Death & Co., he eventually ended up tagging along on a fateful trip to Central Park and joining the coterie, where he's attempted to navigate vampire society (to varying degrees of success) ever since.

Adrian provides examples of:

Combat Pragmatist: Adrian believes in bringing a gun to a fist fight. Justified in that he is not very strong for a human and substantially less so when compared to other vampires.

Con Man: And then some. He makes his living conning humans out of blood and money, smiling as he does it while operating the Scarlett Letting.

Con Men Hate Guns: Averted. Adrian carries a revolver and tends to fall back on it as his first choice when situations get violent.

Consummate Liar: Adrian lies about nearly everything, nearly all of the time. It's not that he hates the truth, it's just that lying is so much more useful. In particular, he is lying to nearly everyone he meets that he's a ghoul, not a thinblood, in order to avoid violent reprisals from other vampires.

Dark and Troubled Past: Adrian has implied he had an unpleasant childhood and life even before being turned to make grave dirt. He's mentioned experience being smacked around and has implied he's not unfamiliar with the idea of engaging in the world's oldest profession.

Daywalking Vampire: Part of Adrian's thinblood abilities mean he can go out in the daylight with no problems. Mostly this results in him running errands for the coterie.

Everyone Has Standards: Even Adrian, who is a bastard most of the time. He doesn't approve of harm coming to children, even ghostly ones, for example.

Holy Burns Evil: Despite being an atheist in life, holy symbols repel Adrian after his death. He finds the whole thing pretty ironic.

Manipulative Bastard: He tries to be, anyway. Currently attempting to play Galvan and Florent against each other by making them furious with each other.

Opportunistic Bastard: Adrian will grab on to whatever ploy seems most likely to swing things in the favor of the coterie, including jumping in an elevator to try to talk Alecto around to letting them live.

Snake Oil Salesman: Adrian makes his living pretending that he's providing medical care and treatment through blood letting. He also sells essential oils and crystals, without believing at all that any of it really helps.

The Charmer: He'd much rather charm his way out of a bad situation than actually get in a fight with anyone.

The Nose Knows: Adrian's blood hound abilities let him detect different essences to blood and also help him identify whether or not someone is a supernatural entity or a human.

The Social Expert: Adrian spends a lot of time trying to figure out what people what and how they work together. Which can throw him off his game when someone sees through it, as Raphael did when they met.

The Tease: Who doesn't Adrian flirt with? He made out with Naseem the second time they met, is sleeping with a ghoul he ran into at Elysium, readily offered to take off his clothes for some private figure drawing, and made a pass at Raphael after their first adventure.

    Elaine

A human who can see and speak with ghosts in the Vt M:5e game played by One 20 Enterprises. She's a long-time client of Adrian's who doesn't have much money and largely "pays" for her treatments by helping the coterie out with ghostly business.

Elaine provides examples of:

I See Dead People: Elaine can sometimes see and sometimes just sense the spirits of the departed, usually able to sense their emotions and speak with them, in some cases, to determine what they want.

Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Elaine demonstrated the proper response to being stuck in a hotel with a bunch of angry ghosts, and left to get coffee while the coterie finished up.
