Ivan Dobsky
A man whose segments routinely have him released from prison after a 25+ year sentence, only to go back to prison after going on a killing spree.
- Companion Cube: His closest companion is a space hopper he calls "Mr. Hoppy".
- Psychopathic Manchild: He's very violent and has the mind of a child.
Noodles
An anthropomorphic rabbit created as some sort of scientific experiment
- Animals Lack Attributes: It's stated that Noodles can't reproduce because he lacks genitals.
- Disguised in Drag: One of his antics involved trying to pull one over the scientists by disguising himself as a woman.
- Funny Animal: He's an anthropomorphic rabbit who behaves like your typical cartoon animal.
Paedofinder General
A ghoulish man in a shroud who goes around randomly accusing people of being paedophiles for what are often frivolous reasons before ignoring their efforts to defend themselves and killing them.
- All Gays Are Pedophiles: Two of his victims were a gay couple, who he assumed were paedophiles simply for being gay and even says the trope name verbatim when giving this reason.
- Bad People Abuse Animals: There is a sketch where he shoots a dog with a crossbow for licking the face of the boy who owned him, believing that this meant the dog was a "paedo dog".
- Dead Guy Puppet: A segment where he intrudes upon a Nativity play has him using a severed head as a hand puppet.
- Green and Mean: He has green skin and murders innocent people after falsely accusing them of molesting children.
- Hypocrite:
- He goes on and on about how paedophiles deserve to die for harming children, but isn't above killing children himself if he finds an excuse to accuse them of potentially being paedophiles as well.
- For all his claims of wanting to murder paedophiles, the end of the series shows him browsing a child pornography website, giving the excuse that he's doing "research".
- Insane Troll Logic: His explanations for suspecting people of being paedophiles frequently boil down to nonsensical fallacies, such as telling a woman he confronted for owning a photograph of herself holding her naked newborn son that her admittance of imprisoning a naked child inside herself for nine months before forcing him backwards through her genitalia proves her to be a paedophile.
- Karma Houdini: He never faces any punishment for all the innocents he's murdered after falsely accusing them of being child predators.
- Mad Libs Catchphrase: Nearly every one of his segments will have him exclaim something to the effect of "By the powers invested in me by [questionable source likely to make baseless accusations], I find you guilty of paedophilia!"
- Politically Incorrect Villain: Is willing to murder gay people due to conflating them with paedophiles.
- Villain Song: One segment consists of him murdering everyone at a nightclub while singing a parody of "Fire" by Arthur Brown.
- Villain with Good Publicity: In spite of pretty much everyone he's killed being innocent, the public cheers him on due to believing he's offing actual paedophiles.
- Would Hurt a Child: At one point, he hangs a whole family, children included, rationalising that the alleged victims of his target were likely to abuse others in the future after they had grown.
