- Transplant: This version of Hell and its inhabitants are based on the setting and characters from Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss. It is also home to many deceased villains from the Disney Animated Canon.

The Morningstars
Lucifer Morningstar
The ruler of Hell. His personal domain is the Pride Ring.
- The Cameo: Dipper and Mabel accidentally summon him in Chapter 25: "Good from the Bad".
Lilith Morningstar
The first wife of Adam, the first man, and the current wife of Lucifer.
- Ascended Extra: While she doesn't have much prominence so far, Lilith does speak and appear long before she had disappeared prior to the beginning of Hazbin Hotel.
- One-Steve Limit: Subverted. She shares the same first name as Lilith Clawthorne.
Charlie Morningstar
The daughter of Lucifer and Lilith, making her the Princess of Hell.
- Dumped via Text Message: Happened to her a week prior to "A Lovely Night For an Auction", thus why Queen Lilith took her to the stud auction to get her mind off of that break-up.
- The Ghost: She's mentioned by Loona in "Helluva Dad", telling Luz about her, with the human considering Charlie a weakling based on her personality.
- Unseen No More: Charlie makes her HD debut in "A Lovely Night For an Auction".
Ars Goetia
Prince Stolas
A Goetian prince who has a history with the imp Blitzo.
- Baddie Flattery: In Chapter 103: "Friends in Lower Places, he comes to show respect towards Luz, Eda, and Boscha for their spirit in standing up to him and refusing to let him return them and the rest of their friends and family to the Demon Realm while they're trying to rescue King, Edric, and the rest of Melinoe's prisoners from the Underworld.
- The Mentor: After Loona asks him to teach her how to use magic, Stolas agrees to to so once he sees what she can do.
Octavia
Stolas and Stella's daughter.
- Adaptational Relationship Overhaul: In canon, she and Loona didn't have any major interactions until "Seeing Stars". Here, she and Loona have been friends for a few years.
Stella
Stolas' wife and Octavia's mother.
- Batman Gambit: She pulls one in "A Lovely Night For an Auction", which bombs. She and Gaap try to get Stolas to bid on Blitzo to prove he's committing infidelity with the imp, but the plan fails when an old lady bids on Blitz instead.
- One-Steve Limit: Downplayed aversion. She shares her middle name with Glinda Northstar, who for a time went by her middle name, Stella.
Prince Gaap
A Goetian prince who is the owner of the Triton Resort, a water-themed resort located on the outer circles of the Pride Ring.
- Even Evil Has Standards: When Stella informs him of her husband cheating on her, Gaap shows disgust that Stolas did so.
- Opportunistic Bastard: He takes every chance that falls onto his lap to screw his cousin Stolas over.
- He finds security footage showing Stolas talking to the Clawthornes and their party while they're staying at his hotel and intends to find out what their connection to him is.
- After Stella comes to him demanding his help in exposing Stolas' affair with Blitzo, he enters Blitzo in the stud auction to get Stolas to bid on him. It doesn't work, but they won't stop trying.
The Labolas Family
Clara Labolas
The head of the poolside bar at the Triton Resort. She's disowned the rest of her family.
- One-Steve Limit: Subverted. Shares the same first name as Clara Gates.
Hellborns
Khan Industries Associates
Blitzo
An imp with a shady past who adopted the Hellhound Loona after he rescued her. He has a history with Eda and is currently an associate of Khan Industries.
- Amicable Exes: He met Eda while she was posing as a human, and while they take issue with their past quirks and show regret with their relationship, they wind up parting on peaceful terms after meeting again.
- Bestiality Is Depraved: Given how Eda usually calls him "horse lover", it's strongly implied.
- Fireball Eyeballs: Blitzo displays these when he sees the stab wound Loona got from Blazer.
- Parents as People: He spent 10 years doing the best that he could to raise and support Loona, even taking jobs he hated. After a talk with Eda, he decides to make some big changes with his parenting style, starting with making Loona get a job.
Moxxie
An imp that starts working for Blitzo after meeting him in prison and breaking out together.
- Adaptational Relationship Overhaul: Meets Millie while she was still dating Chaz.
- Commonality Connection: Having had a crappy father figure and a horrible relationship with Chaz, Moxxie finds sympathy in Hunter over the boy's relationship with Belos and understanding in Lilith over her relationships with both Ford and Odalia.
Triton Resort Employees
Loona
A Hellhound who was adopted by the imp Blitzo when she was six years old. Now she's almost seventeen and is currently working at the Triton Resort.
- Adaptational Backstory Change: Loona was almost 18 when Blitzo adopted her in Helluva Boss: here, she was six and he rescued her from Cruella de Ville after she adopted and tried to kill her for her fur.
- Adaptational Nice Girl: Is much more respectful and affectionate toward Blitzo as a result of being adopted by him when she was much younger. This also applies to how she treats others, especially Moxxie.
- Adaptation Personality Change: In addition to this Loona being an Adaptational Nice Girl, she's also not a Phoneaholic Teenager like her original version. This Loona doesn't even own a cellphone due to Blitz's paranoia about his enemies tracking them down.
- Age Lift: Inverted. She was 22 in her canon, but now she's 16 going on 17.
- The Alcoholic: Despite being underage, she hits a bar in Chapter 103 and quickly gets drunk, having to be left behind because of her hangover.
- Ascended Extra: It's very clear that Loona is far more prominent than she is in Helluva Boss, having more focus and chances to develop as well as interacting with demons more.
- Dark and Troubled Past:
- When she was six years old, she was adopted by Cruella de Vil, who attempted to kill her for her fur. Loona only escaped thanks to Blitz literally crashing in.
- During the time she and her siblings were in an orphanage, Loona wound up accidentally killing her baby sister, Nova, which led to her being sent away and becoming estramged from her twin, Cyrus.
- Happily Adopted: Played straight. Having been raised by Blitz since she was six years old, Loona is very happy to have Blitz as a father and is grateful for what he's done for her.
- The Nose Knows: She was able to track Blazer down due to having his scent.
Others
Vortex and Kajedo
A Hellhound couple that Loona befriends.
- Canon Character All Along: According to
Word of God, Kajedo is actually Beelzebub/Bee before she became the Sin of Gluttony.
Lars and Harvey
A pair of imps who commit a lot of petty crimes. They're old friends and partners of Blitzo.
- Honorary Uncle: They act as these toward Loona, having known her ever since Blitz rescued her from Cruella.
Verosika Mayday
A succubus pop star who once dated Blitzo.
- Parental Substitute: The closest thing Loona has to a mother figure.
Amaroq
A young hellpup who is taken to a shelter by Honest John and Gideon as part of Cruella's plan to acquire more hellhounds.
- Light Is Good: Her fur and tail are white, and she has demonstrated she has intuitive good traits.
- Living Macguffin: After "History Repeats", she becomes this as Cruella and Sonya will no doubt come to reclaim her for her fur. Because of this, Loona convinces Blitzo to take care of Amaroq so she doesn't suffer such a fate, which he agrees to.

Alastor
The Radio Demon. A mysterious and very powerful Overlord who was a Serial Killer in life.
- Even Evil Has Standards: According to Word of God, he's not a fan of Mel's work, and sees her as a brat with the emotional maturity of a chihuahua.
- Wouldn't Hurt a Child: In "Coming Off a Little Shystream", he claims to Ms. Traveler that he wouldn't kill kids.
Shere Khan
The CEO of Khan Industries. In life he was a normal tiger who hunted humans.
- The Dreaded: Working for him is considered a death wish.
Khan Industries
Scar
- Demoted to Dragon: In life, he staged a coup to become king, now he's one of Shere Khan's lackeys.
