Zhiqiang Mao
The protagonist of the show, Mao is the Only Sane Man and the Nice Guy. He's often portrayed as messing up the games but when his team needs him, it's time for Beware the Nice Ones. Plays support.

- Determinator: Won't give up even when his entire team is dead.
- Heart Is an Awesome Power: It's what lets him defend his sister.
- Like Brother and Sister: Is Tiantian his sister or his cousin? He says cousin at one point but calls her Sis and she also refers to him as her brother.

- Nerds Are Virgins: During the V-day ep, he talks about never having had a girlfriend.
- No-Respect Guy: A side-effect of playing support, the least popular role in the game.

- The Load: In one episode, his mouse and keyboard both malfunction, resulting in him becoming this for his team.
Zuochan Yang
The white-haired antagonist who, through the power of Defeat Means Friendship, became a member of the team. Definitely the best player and shown as capable of killing the entire enemy team on his own. Plays mid.

- Loners Are Freaks: Season One, he lives alone and is considered extremely odd.
- Childhood Friends: With Huang Ziran, captain of OSF. They even have a Secret Handshake!
- Total Party Kill: He manages this in his first game playing with the team instead of it. Enemy party, of course.
Shaolong Lu
Best friend and Foil to Mao, likes to play ADC or jungler, crushing on Mao's sister/cousin, sees Yang as competition for Tiantian.
Tropes:
- Best Friends-in-Law: Calls Mao his brother-in-law when he realizes Mao and Tiantian are related.
- Crazy Jealous Guy: Absolutely convinced Yang wants Tiantian even though Yang doesn't seem to care about anything except League.
Jiaoyang Ye
Often called 'Fatty' by his friends, he's the top laner who likes to play Tryndamere and Riven. He wears a lot of pink and purple, is soft-voiced and effeminate but has no problem kicking ass in game. He really likes food and is shown to have become some sort of chef/baker in the future.

- Fat Best Friend: Calls Mao his brother-in-law when he realizes Mao and Tiantian are related.
- Fan Disservice: Characters get dressed as their champions in game, resulting in him dressed as a little girl.
