A twelve-year-old boy with 10 sisters (he's the middle child) who accidentally gets transported to Hell due to the scientific shenanigans of one of them. Taking shelter inside a ramshackle hotel, Lincoln is quickly found by the hotel's owner: Charlotte "Charlie" Morningstar, the Princess of Hell. After a bizarre introduction, Lincoln takes a job as the hotel's bellhop, working to help sinner's find redemption and get into Heaven while also trying to find a way home.

Charlotte "Charlie" Morningstar

The Princess of Hell, founder of the Hazbin Hotel, Charlie hates seeing her subjects get butchered by angels every year. To put a stop to this, she founded the hotel in order to teach the patrons how to redeem themselves and thus get into Heaven. Unfortunately, most of her subjects aren't too keen on the idea, though the arrival of a certain white-haired pre-teen might change that...

A porn star and the hotel's first patron, Angel Dust was sent to Hell after dying from a drug overdose. Despite showing little interest in redemption, Angel stays at the hotel in order to escape the clutches of his cruel and abusive pimp, Valentino.
