The spirit of Power, and one of the three who are tasked with guarding the Master Sword. He is a red fairy and is the representative of the Triforce of Power— making him the ultimate power-booster for Link's sword.
Neri
The spirit of Wisdom, and one of the three who are tasked with guarding the Master Sword. She is a blue fairy and is the representative of the Triforce of Wisdom— making her the ultimate barrier for Link's shield.
Ciela
The spirit of Courage and Time, and one of the three who are tasked with guarding the Master Sword. She is a yellow fairy and is the representative for the Triforce of Courage, who grants Link his definitive sword beam and magic spin.
These are the various people who protect the Silence Gems. They have the responsibility of keeping the gems from falling into evil's hands and making sure that the rightful heroes get them.
- Defeat Means Friendship: The whole point of them challenging the heroes is to make sure that they're qualified to go up against the Apocalytes, so there's no ill will behind any of their battles and when it's all over, they're willing to help fight alongside them.

The guardian of the Null Silence Gem, who had placed a high-quality fake in the Grandbell Mansion as a precaution.

The guardian of the Light Silence Gem alongside Hibiki and Mami.

- Voluntary Shapeshifting: Can be magichanged into a rifle for Mami to use.
Mami Tomoe
- Playing with Fire: Her Candeloro form allows her to control flame alongside her natural Light element setup... which really makes her a dead ringer for her Starlit Heroics Expy, Laitona Hemidial.
- Super Mode: Her Candeloro witch form.
Marionetta
The first half of a guardian duo for the Lunar Silence Gem alongside Homura Akemi. She is a mystical creature created by the Lunardream Family called a Somalite and her specialty lies in splitting her body apart and puppetry. A beautiful and snarky woman, she helps the Gem stay secure inside of the Eclipse Mirror Hall from any threats.
In a previous encounter with Lacharone, she was cursed with something called the Zalgo virus, which causes her immense pain and insanity as it stems deeper into her body, causing her eyes to turn pitch black and also bleed black blood. However, thanks to the Lunar Silence Gem, it helps Marionetta stay safe from the virus as long as the two of them stay connected.

The second half of the non-Vocaloid duo protecting the Lunar Silence Gem and a Puella Magi created by the Lunardream Goddess of Fate, Madoka Kaname. She is the first Puella Magi ever created by Madoka and her personal favorite.
- Black Mage: Is much more this than anything else. Plus, she has a buttload of guns, as to be expected.
- Blue Oni: To Marionetta's red.
- Childhood Friend: She and Black★Rock Shooter go waaaaaaaay back.
